Birthday Wish (Jenni Hermoso)

After a season long loan you are finally back in Barcelona, back were you belong.

It is your first day back with the team and you wanted to get in a some extra practice. Your apartment wouldn't be ready for a another week so you are currently living with Leila, which came a surprise to most of your friends as they thought you would stay with Jenni or Alexia as those are the two players you were closest with before moving clubs.

The two of you do a few laps before doing some light 1v1 drills.

From the sideline Jenni and Alexia are watching the way you are with the defender.

"She looks good" Jenni says to no one in particular.

"You should tell her that" Alexia replies before going in to get ready for training.

Yours and Jenni's relationship has been complicated for years, your fans thought you were dating. Your team mates at club and national level always thought that you would end up together but that came to head when you told her you were leaving.

It was a memory that haunted your dreams for months. It was a surprise when Barcelona told you that they were loaning you out but promised it would only be for one season. When you invited Jenni over to your apartment you want to tell her you were leaving but you also wanted to tell her how you truly feel, how you have been feeling for a while but you never got the chance.

Jenni took your leaving as a sign of betrayal, she couldn't get passed the fact that were leaving. You had tried to explain that you would be back the following year but she didn't care.

National camp was awkward and the whole team felt it. Jenni stayed with Lola whenever she wasn't on the pitch, the two of you spoke but comparing it to how it was before, the two of you were like strangers to one another.

Once you and Leila finished the drills you were both stretching whilst Leila caught you up on the latest team gossip. You were shocked to find out that Mapi is no longer with Ana and you were so happy to find out that Bruna finally asked Jana to be her girlfriend.

What the team didn't know is that you and Leila have become quite close ever since she started dating you sister Misa.

"So" Leila hesitates knowing full well that you won't like what she is about you say "you and Jenni"

You roll you eyes, you have no idea how things are going to be with the two of you. Hopefully you will be able to work well on the pitch and your relationship of the pitch will just take time to repair.

"There is no me and Jenni" you reply simply whilst you stretch. "How about we talk about you and my little sister"

Leila's eyes widen as you speak, she quickly looks around to make sure nobody heard you.

"Keep it down, nobody knows that we are dating" Leila tells you.

"Nobody?" You question.

The defender shakes her head "Apart from our families only you know"

"Technically I come under family and you didn't exactly tell me" you think back to moment you caught the two of them in your Madrid apartment "I walked in to find your face in my sisters boobs"

You shake your head as Leila laughs at the memory. You were mortified and walked straight back out of the apartment only to return a couple of hours later to find her and Misa fully dressed, sitting on the sofa as if nothing happened.

"And I have apologised for that, several times. When are you going to forgive me?" Leila says only half joking. So far you have taken their relationship well but Leila knows how protective you are of your little sister and you are yet to have the talk with her.
