Chapter Three: Making Friends for the first time

~Day 14~

Friends

(The World that never Was)

In the Organisation XIII's castle, Racydex was walking around the castle. Waiting for her next orders from Xemnas. So she walks into the Grey Area, she was in her quite zone til Axel spoke "Hey, Racydex. It's you and me again today.". This gave Racydex a small smile on her face, "That's great. At least, no one will treat me like I'm dead weight.". Axel stood next to her and said "Don't listen to them they just don't you yet ...double check with Saïx when-- Well, you know the drill. I don't know what they've cooked up for us, but let's get it done with style, huh?". Racydex nodded "Right.". Axel smiled and said "Oh, by the way, Racydex, today will be your first really-real mission. That means you should definitely prep your weapon beforehand. Oh, and if you want to practice what you've learned so far, we've got the Holo-Missions all set up for you.". "What are Holo-Missions?" Racydex asked curiously. Axel saw her curious face and answered her question "Yup. Basically, they're a way to re-experience missions you've already been assigned.". Larxene saw them talking and interfered them, "So you're in charge of the mini pipsqueak Axel? What are you looking at? ...Oh, dream on. It's not gonna happen, pipsqueak. Here take this, and take a hike." Larxene gives Racydex a Potion. Axel glared at Larxene for the way she talked to Racydex. Axel reminded her "Don't forget to prep your weapon.". "Will do" Racydex agreed. Racydex walks over to Marluxia and Demyx, Demyx said "You ever get the urge to just do something stupid...and AWESOME? Wait, wait...I'm getting an idea... Nope, it's gone." Marluxia looked at her and said "Your task is clear. Strike down the Heartless and collect hearts." Racydex speaks to Saïx, he said "Today will be your first true mission. Axel will assist you in Twilight Town." Racydex looked at Axel and nodded, he raised his hand to open a dark corridor.

(Twilight Town)

Racydex arrive in the Back Alley in Twilight Town with Axel, beginning their first real mission. "Our second mission together. Just the two of us" Axel says. "Yep". Racydex says. They remain silent. Axel scratches his head in confusion said "Sheesh, don't talk my ear off. ...You ready or what?". Racydex was dozing off, but was back in reality and quickly said "What? Oh...oh, yeah.". With that, their mission began. The duo headed up toward the train station, thinking it would be a good place to start looking. As they walked up the slope, a pale purple light wall blocked their path. Another light wall formed behind them, trapping them in the street. Then, three Yellow Operas and five Possessor Heartless appeared. "Racydex, I got the Possessors. You take the other ones." Axel says. "I'm on it." Racydex says while nodding her head. Axel threw his two chakrams at two Possessors, taking them both out. He moves onto the next Heartless and swings one of his chakrams down on it. While Axel was busy dealing with the Possessors, Racydex focused her attention on the Yellow Operas.Racydex leaps up at a Yellow Opera and swung his Keyblade down on it, taking it out with one hit. Then she sliced through one of the Yellow Operas with an upward slash, then struck down the other one with a right diagonal slash. Axel finished off the other two Heartless and the fight was over. The light walls that had boxed them in disappeared and the duo continued their way up toward the station. There, they encountered some more Heartless. This group was two Scarlet Tangos and three Yellow Operas. One of the Scarlet Tangos conjured up a fireball and launched it at the trio, but they all leapt out of the way. Axel threw one of his chakrams at the Scarlet Tango, damaging it a bit. One of the Yellow Operas flew straight toward Axel in a spiral, but he rolled out of the way and countered with a toss of his chakrams.

Racydex leapt up at one of the Yellow Operas and struck it with her Keyblade. She attacked with an upward slash, a downward slash, and a reverse roundhouse strike, taking the Heartless out. A Yellow Opera cast a Thunder spell, hoping to hit Racydex with some lightning. But she leapt back and countered with a spell of her own. Aiming her Keyblade at the Heartless, Racydex launched a fireball from the tip of her Keyblade. The fireball hits with direct impact and explodes, destroying the Heartless. Racydex leaps up at one of the Scarlet Tangos and strikes with her Keyblade. She attacks with a downward slash, a right slash, and a roundhouse slash, defeating the Heartless with three strikes. The other Scarlet Tango conjured up a fireball and launched it at Racydex, who bats it back with a swing of her Keyblade, hitting the Heartless with it's own fireball. With the Heartless left dazed by it's own attack, Racydex leaps up at the dark creature and slices clean through it's body, splitting it horizontally in half. The station was clear and the duo headed back down to Station Heights. Again, they come across more Heartless. These were three Yellow Opera and two Dire Plants.
