Griffin POV

Ryker leaves once we've finished eating to go to help his dad.  "Fin we should work on building your muscles.  He walks into the sitting area and pushes the chairs and table to the side of the room. "Just copy me" he says.

"We do stretches so we can warm up our muscles. That way we shouldn't hurt or pull something we shouldn't" he explains, as he twists his body this way and that.  When he starts the proper stuff though.  I soon realise that I am no match to him.  I start to sweat and pant.  We take a few breaks, where he gets me to drink some water.  But I am ready for another sleep, when he finally says that's enough.

"Tomorrow you can come to the clearing with me. You can try and shift, then see if you can fly on your own.  We will need you to be able to take care of yourself.  Just in case something happens. Also, we are going to have to meet some other Alpha's.  They are all wanting to stop whatever the government in planning.  They my also need to see you.  To be convinced about what is really going on" he tells me.

"Will there be food?" I ask yawning.  He rolls his eyes at my question, but nods his head yes. "Then that will be good.  I'll do what I need too.  It isn't taking all my strength just not to shift anymore and I can sense my animals more" I assure him.  I yawn again, "go take a nap.  I'll come sit with you and work on my lap top" Ethan tells me.  I nod and pick up a banana on my way to our room, eating it in three bites and throwing the peel in the trash can.

I go to the bathroom and brush my teeth.   Before laying on top of the bed in my nice new dress and falling asleep.

Ethan POV

I look at Fin, sleeping beside me and smile. I finish off one assignment and then make changes to it.  So, Ryker can also submit it as his. "Ethan is everything alright? Fin is too quiet" Ryker links me. "I made him workout with me.  He's asleep at the moment.  How are you getting on?" I hear him sigh, "dad really hates paper work. I'm getting through it though.  We have been a little occupied so, I haven't really helped him out for a couple of weeks.  I'll have to put some time aside every couple of days to come do the paper work.  At least I've made a spreadsheet for the patrols and another one for their training schedule" he answers.

"Yeah, I need to check pop isn't doing too much.  We are both going to be running the pack one day" I continue.  "Yeah, hopefully not for a few years yet" Ryker responds and I feel his apprehension at the thought of taking over, our large pack.

"Hey, we have Fin now too.  He's a quick learner and I'm sure he'll be great at helping us" I try and comfort him.  "The kitchen staff have said they'll make an extra-large lasagne for us. So, all we'll have to do is but some baked potatoes into the oven, maybe some garlic bread" Ryker tells me.

"Hey, Fin told me he could feel his animals better and that it wasn't taking as much effort for him not to shift all the time.  I told him to come to the clearing with me tomorrow and practise shifting.  Then maybe trying to fly on his own. We need him in control, if we are taking him outside the pack" I explain to Ryker.

"Yeah, I've been thinking of that too.  So, far there are over 200 Alpha's coming to Vegas.  I can tell dad is feeling a little stressed about it.  Pop isn't, which seems to be stressing dad out more." Hearing that I'm a little shocked and also amused as I can imagine our parents all to clearly.  Pop runs such a huge empire, that things don't really faze him.  Unless it has something to do with family or the pack.

Dad tends to stress about things easily.  Until the time he has to step up and take charge.  Then he turns into the powerful Alpha he is.  But the thought of over 200 Alpha's all in the same place. Does make me think and pause.  I know pop and dad can handle them.  But there is bound to be some big heads and egos that whined people up the wrong way.
