Chapter 54 Pack Life

Ethan POV

"Have they started building the walk way to the lake?" Ry asks "they have, Micky has installed camera's all over the pack grounds to ensure everyone's safety and also loud speakers for her to tell unwanted intruders to get off our land or they'll suffer terrible consequences. The pack are also thankful to her" Pete answers.

Ry and I look at each other feeling his love towards Micky. "Is she your mate?" I ask, he blushes and bows his head, before nodding.  "We are taking things slow, as neither of us are use to things yet.  But we've set date nights and we eat with each other each day" he tells us happily.

"I know you'll both be happy. Thank you for taking care of the boys for us.  Are the other young ones being taken care of?" Ry asks "Yes, Boss Ry. The pack all take turns in looking after them. They are growing quickly and seem smart, as they learn things quickly" he answers.

"Thanks again, don't worry about the boy's things, we'll get them later.  I'm sure Sky has filled their closets here with more than they need" I tell him. He nods before grabbing a towel and leaving through the side of the garden.

"Why am I feeling tired again?" I complain to Ry. "We were out of it for a while again.  Let's see if we can get in hour sleep before everyone wakes up.  I'll take care of the triplets, if you sort out our food?" Ry asks.  I nod and we glance at the boys in the pool.

"Kieryn and Kia.  Come on out for now as we need are in need of a nap.  Want to join us?" Ry says they both scramble out the pool and come around to us.  We get towels to wrap them up and take off their wet shorts.  We carry them inside and find underwear for them and tee shirts for them to put on.  Their room is full of pictures of different things, but when you look closer the pictures all have hidden things in them.  They have one normal bed and another is above their closet made to look like a secrete hide out.

"This is wonderful Ry" I say looking at the fake tree, that climbs up the corner of the room and over the hide out bed. The trunk and a long branch make the stairs that reach the hideout. "It's a secrete treehouse" I gasp getting it. Kieryn and Kai clap their hands.

We go back to our room after quickly checking the boys are alright.

We lay down on top of the bed and hug Fin. Kieryn and Kai snuggle down between us. "night" Ry says "night, I love our house" I answer before letting myself fall asleep.

I'm woken by a cry. "Hey buddy, come on, I've only got one pair of hands. Your diaper will be changed in a second.  Look your brother is now all clean with fresh diaper on.  Now it's your turn. Yes, you sit there with your brothers.  Come on now its your turn" I hear Ry say over the baby monitor.

I turn and to see Fin smiling too.  "I'll go down and see what we have to eat, it can only be light still but I'll make something tasty" I promise him.  He kisses me and nods "thank you. I love our house. Ry is very clever" Fin adds sitting up and looking around our room.

"Take your time, the bathroom is a delight, you'll love it, as well as the closet" I tell him kissing his forehead.  I get up off the bed and walk to the boy's room.  I hear Kieryn talking to his brothers. "You are so small.  But Kai and I will protect you" he promises.  I open the door and all eyes turn to me.

Ry has just finished changing Jasper's diaper and picked him up.  Kai and Kieryn are sitting with the twins on the big comfy chair in the room. "Sorry, Ry I must have slept deeply. I didn't hear them at all" I apologise. "Kieryn woke me up, telling me that the boys would be waking soon needing their bottles.  I got up and checked and they were just opening their eyes.   With Kieryn and Kai's help I was able to feed them.  Now they are all set to go down stairs" Ry says.  I take Jasper from him and he picks up Joel and Jordan.  Kieryn and Kia get down off the chair and hold hands as they follow us out.
