Chapter 55 Pack Life Pt 2

3 days later

We have gotten into a routine.  We get up, when the triplets wake-up.  Two of us will go and help feed and get them ready for the day.  While the other one helps get Kieryn and Kai ready.  Then we sit them down in front of the tv while we all get washed and dressed.  Before going down and having breakfast.  Once that has been cleared away, we go to the pack.

I help with the gardens and check on fresh produce supplies. Ordering whatever we need.  I have some helpers who enjoy the gardens just as much as I do.

Ry is in charge of all new buildings, trails.  As well as ordering the supplies needed for that. He is also teaching the elder ones how to drive and checking on their studies.  Many have signed up for on-line courses that they find interesting.  Micky having found away to get them papers as foreign immigrants. Who we sponsor apparently.  I'm just glad that they are able to live how they want.  Ry also takes care of all the pack vehicles and equipment needed to run a pack.

Ethan is in charge of making sure the pack have everything they need for their daily lives and is in charge of ordering them.   As well as checking the packs accounts.   As we a sub-division from the main pack.  We do get a monthly allowance.  Micky now has help with the electronic and security side of things.  She has also recommended some to pop, as they could help with his business, be it in security or electronics.  So, some of the pack, are even able to contribute to the pack finances.

Ry and Ethan also have their shares withing their parent's company to help the pack.  Kieryn and Kai are going to the main packs elementary school.  They are doing really well. I keep it to myself that they are far more intelligent than the others realise.  Kieryn and Kai just want to fit in and have normal friends.

Some of the new babies, are showing their ability to use their animal sides already.  As one can change colour to camouflage its self, until they feel safe.  Another, growls and their body odour, is horrible.  I'm told some animals like skunks have that ability.  Another can freeze, and reduce its heart rate and body temp so it appears dead.  This is very shocking and the pack try and not make any sudden loud noises or movements around the new born any more.

But in general, everyone is happy.  I can even sense this new one that Kieryn mentioned.  He should be here within a day or two.  He has a very strong aura.  I hope he doesn't cause trouble. Pop and Dad are going to meet with the new council members and the government officials now in charge of shifter affairs, next week.  We have promised to lend a hand and will be sensing if anyone has ill intentions.

I seem to be able to use my ability with a lot more finesse now.  I tried making the triplets think they were either getting their bottles or their diapers changed when I was left in charge of them. As they cry loudly, when we aren't moving quick enough.  But I think they maybe onto me now. As this morning it only worked for a very short time.  Ry had come and helped my get them all dressed.

"Boss Fin, the gardens have been watered and the orders from the kitchens filled.  We need some more lettuce seeds and spinach seeds ordering as the last has just been planted" Zeke informs me. "Thank you, Zeke, have you had your mid-morning snack?" I ask "Just going to get it now, boss Fin" he says smiling and going out to the outdoor main kitchen.

I smile, ever since we got back my title has changed to Boss Fin, which pleases me as they see my as equal to my mates.  I hadn't realised before that I also needed to be seen as equal to them.  I go online and order the new seeds.  Then make a note of the new order in both the pack calendar and in the accounts.

This way we can keep track of when they are to be delivered and have a recorded of when they were ordered.  "Boss Ethan, Graham has over used the washing machine detergent again" I hear Greg, Graham's room mate shout.  I feel Ry's amusement "don't worry Boss Ryker is coming to help clean it up" E calls back.
