Chapter 33 Attack

Griffin POV

All eye's on Kieryn, "E, you said that after dad scared you all.  Kieryn was clinging to you?" he questions, E's eyes widen "yes, yes, I forgot about that. I don't know what happened" he answers.

"Just now with that bang, Fin was the one holding him.  But when we all jumped, I was holding him" Ryker says stroking Kieryn's head.  "I wonder how he does it?" E asks. "I'm not sure he knows.  We'll have to keep this to ourselves for now.  Once we are back home, we can try and figure things out.  The priority now is to find, those hunting us" Ryker says.

"Can we have something to eat and go to sleep?" I ask yawning.  It's been a big day for me as well.  "Of course, dad said he'd asked for subs to be left.  E, you go and put our stuff in one of the rooms.  I'll get the subs out and some drinks" Ryker suggests.

"Kieryn, would you like to climb on my back as I need my hands or go with E and Fin" Ryker asks. For answer Kieryn climbs around him and clings to his back.  "You know, spider monkey comes to mind" he mutters.

E and I go out to get the luggage and take it up, we inspect the rooms.  We take the one that is at one end as E, leaves the master for his parents.  Which is at the other end.  "Kieryn won't sleep in a room on his own, will he?" I ask

"We won't want him to, under present circumstances.  "But we do have a spare room that we can go, if we need each other" E, replies.  We don't unpack everything, just the essentials. Leaving the suitcase open with our clothes in it and another bag with Kieryn's clothes in it.

"As we have an upstairs and downstairs should we leave 1 tablet and laptop up here and take the others downstairs?" I ask "sure, I'm going to do a quick sweep of the area. I don't want to take any chances after what we faced yesterday" E tells me.

We go downstairs and I take Kieryn from Ryker's back and sit down with one of the tablets, with him.  I open up one of the games that E downloaded for him.  "Will you show me how you play this?" I ask

E, leaves and Ryker sets some drinks and plates on the table then carry's some subs along with some washed fruit to the table.  Kieryn is really good at playing the memory match game and quick too.

"Fin, is one sub going to be enough?" Ryker asks. I nod, "yes, tiredness is starting to grip me" I answer.  "Come on then come and eat.  Kieryn, I have some formula for you too" Ryker says.  I wait for Kieryn to finish the last game and then stand up and carry him to the table.

Ryker has cut one sub up into small pieces.  I pull that plate towards Kieryn, before taking one for myself.  Kieryn starts to eat and I look at Ryker who is looking out the kitchen window.  It is only when I hear the gate opening, that he relaxes his shoulder's and moves towards the table.

E walks back in, goes to the kitchen, washes his hands before sitting down as well. "Warriors have two houses.  Next door on our left and another at the corner of the block. They have also set themselves up in vehicles around the neighbourhood" E explains.

Dad and pop come back as we are clearing away the dirty dishes.  "Hi boys, as we thought Mackenzie, hasn't left Vegas.  He was talking to his warriors about moving to another hotel.  But his wife and some of his warriors will go back home.  Tomorrow morning, I'll send him an email. Arranging another meeting place.  We also decided to ask some other alphas for help.  This way they can testify of Mackenzie's betrayal and help us put a stop to the people trying to harm us" dad explains.

"We are also trying to make a world-wide plan of attack.  Which will have to happen quickly or they'll have to much warning we are onto them" pop adds.  "We've had some more intel from Japan.  It would seem their program is much more advance then ours.  So, once we deal with Mackenzie and whoever is pulling his strings.  We are going to have to go to Japan and help out there.  We've talked and we will be leaving you two in charge of the pack here.  You will also be the one's charged in the global attack of the top officials involved at this end" dad informs us.
