¤ 3rd Point Of View ¤

"Humans can see you, right?" (Y/n) asked as the two walked through the busy streets of Tokyo. They walked through crowds of people, and while (Y/n) struggled to push past them, she noticed how Choso seemed to easily slip past everyone, much like a ghost. Only then the question dawned upon her, could they see him? Choso nodded at her question, not answering with words. She supposed it was because he was half human that others could see him.

"How fascinating." She mumbled to herself as they crossed the road to a far more quieter street with less people, Choso following besids her.
"Are all cursed wombs that way?" The girl then asked him, her mind drifting off to Kechizu. Could a normal human see him despite him looking more curse than human? Was that not dangerous for the jujutsu world. Again, Choso nodded at her question- something he's been doing since we begun this trip.
"Curious." She then mumbled softly.

"Come, this is it." (Y/n) then said eagerly tugging on Choso's kimono as she pulled them both into her favourite supermarket. This was where she bought all the ingredients she needed to cook everyone dinner. She was quite skilled at cooking, she had to be to be able to live with Satoru Gojo. But today, she was not cooking, only baking. She grabbed a basket and then held it out to Choso with a soft smile.

"Hold it for me?" (Y/n) asked him, her eyes lighting up as she asked the half-curse. Choso had to force himself to look away from her smile and avert his gaze to his feet. But still, he accepted her request and held the basket, gripping onto the handle and letting the basket rest against him. (Y/n) smiled with gratitude before turning on her heel and making her way down the aisles of the supermarket.

She began grabbing all sorts of ingredients, placing them delicately in the basket as she went along. These things ranged from eggs to flour abd honey and all sorts of other things that didn't make sense in Choso's head but seemed to satisfy her somehow.
"I'm a pretty good baker, you know." (Y/n) then began to say, making Choso's eyes drift up to hers.

"I thought, maybe- if you'd let me, I'd like to bake you and your brothers some breakfast." (Y/n) then told him, hope in her voice. Choso found the notion quite considerate. It's been a long time since anyone has ever made him food. This was new to him. It was seconds later that he realised that (Y/n) was staring up at him with hopeful eyes, making him realise that she was asking for approval to do this for him. So he nodded wordlessly, making her grin happily and clap her hands with excitement.

It was then that the girl seemed to double in speed, motivated by her excitement to bake. She darted around the supermarket within seconds to find specific ingredients, leaving Choso's sight and then reappearing a few moments later with multiple items in her hands. Choso found it hard to catch up with her- or even guess where she was going. But soon, he realised that she didn't leave for long because she always seemed to pop out of knowhere to put things into the basket.

"I think that should be all." The girl mumbled to herself as she looked over all the items in the basket.
"Are you married?" Choso found himself suddenly asking, not hearing how that sounded to (Y/n)'s ears. Her eyes widened as she stuttered in confusion.
"H-huh? What? Why?" She stammed.
"Women once baked to spend time away from their husbands. You seem to have much experience with baking." Choso then explained, allowing (Y/n) to calm down.

That was probabaly the most (Y/n)'s heard him say so upfront. She didn't expect it, nor him basically telling her more about life when he was first born. Geto told her they were all around a century old, but if he waas the oldest, he'd be over a century.
"Oh, wow. How interesting." (Y/n) mumbled, her flushed face returning to it's nofmsl colour.

"But no, I'm not married. Baking is more of an occasional hobby- an outlet, really. I need to be in a certian mindset to want to go near a kitchen." (Y/n) told the man with a quiet amused huff. Yes, she needed to be reliving the emotions she felt just over a year ago now. She needed to distract herself. That was the only time she'd ever bake. It was easy to forget grief and betrayal when you had to measure flour and baking powder.

"I see." Choso muttered simply.
"Come on then. Let's pay." She told him with a snall smile, leading him to the tills that weren't too far away from where they stood. She could tell that Choso felt uncomfortable as they approached the lady at the till, so she took the basket from him hands and stood infront of him as she placed it on the counter.
"And a pack of cigarettes, please. Mevius brand." (Y/n) added sweetly to the cashier. The lady cocked an eyebrow at the girl, but still reached for the cigarettes.

"Cigarettes?" Choso mumbled questioningly from behind her.
"Just for a rainy day." The girl replied with a small smile. Choso did not reply, despite the fact that his head was swimming with questions. He of course saw her smoking yesterday night, but it still did not seem right to him.
"ID?" The cashier then asked, (Y/n) already pulling it out of her pocket and holding it up for the woman.

"23? Wow, you're quite young to be smoking young lady." The woman lightly scolds as she bagged all the items. This wasn't the first time she'd heard this, and probably not the last either.
"Bad habit." (Y/n) laughed sheepishly, scratching the back of her neck.
"I understand. I pray that you'll be able to quit one day." She smiled, flashing the girl her coat that had a golden pack of cigarettes sticking out of them. (Y/n) smiled and wished her the same as she handed over the money.

"Thank you!" (Y/n) said with a wave and a smile as the transaction ended. There were two heavy bags in total. She grabbed the first and held it up to Choso.
"Hold one for me?" (Y/n) asked him sweetly, tilting her head and mimicking her words from earlier. Choso wordlessly took the bag from her and watched as she struggled to grip onto the other as she waved bye to the lady at the till. It seemed as if she took the heavier one.

Choso eyed her as she waddled out of the supermarket, him trailing along. Once they were outside, they regrouped and stood beside the road.
"Now, would you like to warp ba-" She was cut off as Choso gently pulled the bag out of her hands and into his own. Now he carried both bags, with ease, of course. (Y/n) smiled up at him brightly. A gentleman- a quiet gentleman.

"Let's warp back to the estate, okay?" The girl then suggested, making Choso nodded. She grinned before warped, Choso letting her warp first. It was then that he noticed what remained as she warped away. Petals and ash floating in the wind. His eyes were glued upon it fir a few moments before waring himself back too. Petal and ash could only symbolise one thing.

Life and death.
