(Y/n)'s Point Of View

My eyes fluttered open, blinded by the light peaking from between the blinds. I blinked away the sleep, inhaling deeply as I got better accustomed to my surroundings. The first thing I realised was that my face was pressed against Choso's chest and not his lap where I had been originally resting against. I gulped as I slowly sat up, my eyes flickering to Choso only to see that the man was fast asleep.

A smile slid across my lips as I admired him, realising that he must have also fell asleep during the night. The cursed womb spirit's hair fell out of his usual buns as he slept, the hairbands discarded on the pillow beside him. Strands of his black midnight hair fell over his forehead, framing his face. This hairstyle made him look older- more rugged...more handsome.

I slid my phone off my nightstand before taking a quick picture of him, wanting to save this memory for as long as possible in my head. I then put my phone back and turned back to face Choso. I reached over slowly and gently brushed a few strands away from his eyes, my smile never fading, pink dusting over my cheeks. This was all so very addicting, waking up beside him, feeling like this. I hadn't felt so rested in a very long time. I felt amazing. But unfortunately, the feeling was cut short the moment my bedroom door burst open.

"(Y/n), I'm hungr- Oh my, dearie me! What do we have here?" A teasing voice asked, a certain curse stepping into my bedroom with a smirk, his arms folded over his chest. My eyes widened as he took another step forward.
"What an interesting developme-" I cut Mahito off, activating my cursed energy.
"Domain expansion : Death Trap- quietly, Kai!" I hissed, hearing the cracks in my floor the moment I began chanting.

Mahito's eyes widened in realisation, taking a step back in hopes to run away. But it was too late, smoke seeped across my bedroom floor and a few seconds later, Mahito fell through as if there weren't a floor at all. I sighed in relief when I looked back at Choso, seeing that he was still asleep and Mahito's interruption hadn't woken him up.

I then slid out of the bed and jumped into the fog, falling through and landing into the void that was my domain expansion. To others, it was pitch black. They couldn't see me and they couldn't see Kai. But for me, I saw them as if they were under a spot light and behind that spotlight was Kai's eager gaze. Mahito kneeled numbly on the floor, groaning out with a tone that was something between a mixture of pain and frustration.

"(Y/n)~" Mahito groaned loudly.
"I didn't even do anything yet!" He cried out with frustration, making me grit my teeth as I walked closer to him and kneeled infront of his form.
"Yet." I hissed, echoing his words.
"Yet is the key word, Mahito!" I told him. The curse tried to argue back with me but after saying another word, he lost the will and energy to speak, his words turning into mush. He began slurring his speech untill it all came out as a long pained groan, dying.

"I'm going to let you out, Mahito, and you aren't going to tell a single person what you just saw, okay? This is a secret!" I hissed, kneeling and picking his head up from the ground so that he could look into my eyes. The curse let out another slurred groan as he began to melt, making me taking that as some sort of an agreement. I sighed as I let go of his head, the rest of him becoming a pure of grey and blue infront of me.

"And also, think of this as payback for telling my brother about my feelings for Choso." I whispered to him, glaring at him- not that he could see it.
"Are you ready to leave now?" I asked him rhetorically, at this point he stopped making any noise, on the verge of actually being exorcised. That's when I finally deactivated my jujustu, making us both sink through the ground and land on the hardwood floors of the hallway.
