3rd Point Of View

(Y/n) eventually found Choso by a small waterfall, towards the centre of the forest. It took her a while to navigate herself through the trees and follow his cursed energ, but eventually she found him. He sat on the edge of a few jagged rocks with his back turned towards her, his legs swinging slowly back and fourth as if he were bored.

"Hey..." (Y/n) called out softly, smiling as she walked up to him from behind. The man turned around quickly, suprised to hear hear voice- making her heart flutter.
"What are you doing here? Do you not have errands to run tonight for your brother?" Choso then asked, remembering the exact reason for her absence.

The Geto sister nodded as she bent down and sat beside him on the ledge, now getting a clearing view of the rushing water beneath me.
"Plans got cancelled- well, postponed really." She told him, opting not to tell him about Satoru yet. The moment was too precious to spoil with another man's name. Choso nodded at her answer, not suspecting anything as he turned to face to waterfall once again.

"This place is beautiful." She mumbled with a small content smile.
"Yes." The cursed womb agreed simply, making (Y/n) look toward him after a few silent moments. There was a question hovering in the air and it didn't take her long at all to finally ask it.
"So...why are you here and now with your brothers? They're having a...lovely game of soccer back there." The noirette finally questioned, nudging his shoulder light-heartedly.

(Y/n) hoped he didn't notice her hesitation on the word football- or even lovely for that matter, because lovely was truly quite far from what ahe actually thought of their activities.
"With a human head." Choso added dryly, making (Y/n) huff nervously.
"Yes, I was hoping to brush over that detail." She admitted with a chuckle. After a few moments, she looked up at Choso and waited for him to answer- which he had yet to do.

"I'd prefer to let them have their fun." Choso then told (Y/n), making her sigh with amusement, crossing her arms over her chest as she exhaled lightly.
"What was the point in having a night out with all five of you guys when four of you are back there and one of you is by themselves here?" (Y/n) asked him pointedly, her lips pursed.

"I'm not by myself. You're here too." Choso replied pointedly, making the girl chuckle at his impeccable excuses.
"I suppose you're right then." She replied with a playful roll of her eyes, dropping the subject, not digging too deep.
"How long do you plan to sit and watch the water run then?" (Y/n) then asked, swinging her feet back and fourth.

"Untill that game of soccer ends." Choso admitted, making (Y/n) laugh loudly.
"What? A human head as a ball doesn't sound intriguing to you?!" (Y/n) feigned a gasp, teasing him with a wide grin.
"Not at all." Choso relief truthfully, making (Y/n) let out a small exhale of relief, happy that he wasn't anything like his brothers- a tiny reaction that she didn't think anyone would notice. But Choso did.

"Would it have displeased you?" Choso suddenly asked, turning his head to look at her, his dark purple eyes staring into her soul. The girl paused with wide eyes, her mouth suddenly feeling dry.
"W-what?" She stuttered out ignorantly, pretending to be ignorant despite knowing exactly what he meant.
"If I had joined them in playing with the human ball- or even, if I had been the one to kill the human so that he could become the ball...would it have displeased you?" Choso asked her.

The cursed womb spirit already knew what her answer would be, her sigh of relief earlier making it obvious. (Y/n) sighed, deciding not to lie to him.
"Honestly...yeah, I think...I think it would have." She admitted guiltily, as if admitting that made her a horrible person. But Choso didn't mind, simply nodding and turning to look at the rushing water once again.
