"Okay, put everything on that counter." (Y/n politely ordered Choso, pointing at the kitchen counter once they had both made it into the estate after warping. Choso listened to her request, placing the bags gently onto the countertops.
"It's almost 8am. So, I've got about an hour untill everyone wakes up." (Y/n) mumbled outloud, more so speaking to herself than anyone else.

Choso stood awkwardly infront of the kitchen island as he watched the girl unpack the groceries. It wasn't long before (Y/n) had noticed, his tall figure blocking her sunlight. She looked up at him with innocent eyes and a small hum of confusion, her eyes flickering to the island stools that stood infront of him.
"You can watch if you'd like? Or you could wait on the sofa or in your room for your brothers to wake up? I don't mind." The girl assured gently, motioning towards the stools with her hand.

Choso stood silently for another moment, thinking over his choices. It wasn't long before he had made his descision and sat directly opposite to where (Y/n) stood on the other side of the kitchen island, making her smile gently before she began grabbing ingredients and beginning the production of breakfast.

Choso stayed silent the whole time, his eyes flickering back and forth as she darted around the kitchen like a bumblebee. Her speed was impressive, the way she was able to do so many things at the same time without slowing down. She mumbled under her breath as she measured things, talking to herself and Choso as she baked sometimes without even seeming to realise it. Choso also noticed that she had a weird look in her eyes as she baked- but that one, he didn't know how to decode.

It wasn't long before the kitchen was filled with a delicious aroma, no doubt already wafting through the hallways too. It wasn't going to be long until others smelt the scent too and began trying to search for the source.
"It's ready!" (Y/n) then finally chirped cheerfully, now looking Choso in the eyes for the first time in an hour.
"Since the others aren't up yet, I guess you'll be the first to try it." (Y/n) smiled and she laid down a plate infront of the half-curse.

Choso's eyes flickered down to the plate, staring down at it quietly.
"This may not be to your particular tastes- but you haven't been revived for long at all yet, so think of it as new experiences." The black haired girl smiled. Choso considered her words before nodded, grabbing his chopsticks and hesitantly breaking up the pancake before shoving it in his mouth. He chewed silently, his face void with emotion. He could feel eyes eyes boring into him with nervousness.

The longer Choso took to chew with his poker face, she started to think he might hate sweet things. And just as the girl was going to rethink her life choises, Choso lowered his chopsticks and grabbed another piece of his pancake that he'd broken off and put more into his mouth. The fact that he continued to eat made (Y/n) squeal with happiness before giggling, watching him dig in.
"It's my new recipe." (Y/n) told him with a grin.

"Technically, you're supposed to have this kind of pancake for dessert instead of breakfast but since I'm the baker- what I say goes." The girl giggled. She leaned against the counter wathing him eat with a smile. It was when she heard loud and quick footsteps thumping against the floorboards above her, that she immediately made a move to start plating more pancakes and other things that she had made.

(Y/n)!~ I smell dorayaki!" Mahito yelled with excitements as he ran down the hallways. She could hear the bumps and thumps as he cascaded down the stairs, determined to make it to the kitchen. The girl chuckled as Mahito slid into the livingroom, making eye-contact with (Y/n) who had already slid a full plate in his direction. Mahito really did love dorayaki
"Here's your plate." She smiled, setting up cutlery for him too.

"You were the best addition to the residents in this estate!" Mahito told her with a grin as he hopped onto a stool beside Choso who was still eating. As Mahito picked up his chopsticks, they all heard a new set of footsteps which made (Y/n) quickly begun setting up a new plate for the next person. Soon enough, Geto walked into the room. Unlike Mahito, he did not seem to pleased- more weary.
