3rd Point Of View

After breakfast, everyone had split off. Mahito and Geto went to run errands with Jogo and Hanami who were also on a tight schedule, and the cursed womb brothers were spending time together in the gardens. That left (Y/n) with nobody to spend time with. Geto cornered her earlier as she cooked to tell her that he had another retrieval mission for her later on in the evening, but that still left her with nothing to do untill then.

The Geto sister decided to leave the estate after finishing her breakfast, having nothing better to do than warp around Tokyo. It crossed her mind to invite Choso once again, but he seemed to be enjoying his time with his brothers so she didn't disturb them nor alert them when she warped out of the living room. (Y/n) didn't really have a location set in mind as she warped, which was probably why her subconscious mind had warped her straight to Tokyo Jujutsu high.

The girl landed on the roof of the school with a sigh, recognising her location immediately. She promised Geto that she wouldn't do this again and yet here she was. Technically, there was a barrier that prevented people like her who weren't sorcerers to enter the grounds of the school. But since she didn't announce herself as an enemy or debut herself as a curse user to them, her access through the barrier was never taken away from her, and she wondered if that was because Gojo hoped that she'd come back one day.

The girl sat on the roof the moment her eyes locked onto a familiar silver haired man, not at all shocked that this was why her power had warped her here. Gojo was in the middle of a training session, training two students. One was a girl that (Y/n) had never seen before, her hair orange like fire. The other student was none other than Fushiguro Megumi, a boy she's known since he was a little boy. She really missed Megumi.

(Y/n) wasn't sure how long she had sat there, her arms wrapped around her knees as she watched Gojo train his students. He was always the easygoing teacher- sometimes not even a teacher but more like a big brother. When (Y/n) was his teacher's assistant, she had done most of the paperwork- the things Gojo was too lazy to do. She attended the higherup meeting because she knew Gojo would start an argument and she ordered new clothes for the students because Gojo liked to make that into his own art project.

The girl reminised for a while, wondering how life would be like now if she had stayed at Jujutsu high. Would she have forgiven Gojo for killing her brother? Would she have found out that her brother was revived? Would she have been ignorant and believed that this revived version of her brother was solely and truly Geto? All these questions ran through her, all these scenarios that led to more questions. Some people leave their job and have a revelation that this was the right thing to do. (Y/n) never had this revelation. She always wondered.

"Hey! Who are you?" A voice suddenly asked from behind her, making her snap out of her thoughtful daze. She was an idiot. She hadn't been paying attention- to make sure that she wouldn't get caught. (Y/n) gulped, freezing in place momentarily. Taking a deep breath, the girl slowly turned around to face the person who had found her. It was odd. People didn't ever come up onto the roof.

When she turned around, her eyes instantly locked onto the colour pink, making her sigh in relief. The boy's eyes tried to look tough and hard, his stance making him look ready to fight incase she was a threat- only helping her realise that he wasn't a threat. She calmed instantly, recognising him as Itadori Yuuji, Ryomen Sukuna's vessel.
"I'm...just a visitor." The girl replied calmly, slowly standing up which made Yuuji flinch back.

"Yeah? Why are you up here?" Yuuji then asked her, his brows furrowed tightly with suspicion. (Y/n) thought long and hard on my answer, her eyes flickering back to Gojo who was laughing hardly in the distance, his female student attempting to hit him with her first angrily only to get stopped by his infinity barrier.
"Just to check up on an old friend." (Y/n) told the kid, looking back at his features that still seemed distrustful and unsure.

"If I were an enemy, the barrier around the school would have kept me out, no? And yet it lets me pass everytine." She reasoned, making him put a finger on his chin as he pondered over her words.
"Yeah...I guess you're right. That makes sense." He admitted, lowering his guard. (Y/n) smiled softly at him as he let out a sheepishly laugh, no longer in a fight-ready stance.

"Sorry about that." He laughed embarrassedly, scratching the back of his head as he came to stand beside her.
"How about you, kid? Why are you here?" (Y/n) asked him softly, watching as his eyes drifted to the same group of people that the girl had been watching. Only, in his case, (Y/n) guess he was focusing on Megumi and the redhead female. A solem look coated his eyes, making him look nostalgic.

"Kinda like you, I guess. I'm just checking on my friends. Hey- let me ask you something! Do they look sad to you?" The kid suddenly asked curiously, making (Y/n)'s brows furrow together.
"Sad? No, not really." She replied truthfully, making him sigh with disappointment.
"It's totally like they forgot about me, man. Wait, did you just call me Kid? You look like you're only a few years older than me though?" Yuuji then said, cutting himself off so many times in the past minute that (Y/n) was convinced he had ADHD.

"I'm 23." (Y/n) told him truthfully.
"Yeah you're not that much older than me. You're still way younger than Gojo-Sensei!" Yuuji told her with a thumbs up.
"Yeah, he's practically an old man." She chuckled out, making him gasp.
"Yeah! He hates when I call him that!" Yuuji points out with a grin.
"I used to call him that too." The girl admitted with a nostalgic smile.

"Wait, you know Gojo-Sensei too?!" Yuuji gasped out in realisation. (Y/n) hummed in agreement with a small nod.
"We have a past." She admitted vaguely.
"Then you should go down there! I can't say hi to my friends but you can say hi to yours!" Yuuji encouraged loudly, making her giggle as she shook her head.
"It's far too soon for that. Maybe one day, though." She added, rejecting his idea softly.

That was when the girl sensed a familiar dark life force in the area. Choso. If he stayed here any longer, Gojo would sense the man's cursed energy and find him.
"I'll be off now, Itadori. Thank you for talking to me." She then bidded the boy fairwell with a greatful bow.
"Yeah, no problem! Oh hey, what's your name-" Yuuji cut himself off when he noticed that the girl had already warped away, leaving petals and ash where she once stood. He sighed and stood there for a moment, only then realising something important.

"Huh...she knew my name."
