3rd Point Of View
After choosing the notebook under his robes, Choso warped (Y/n) back to the estate. He warped directly into the living room, holding her carefully in his arms, cradling her against his chest. The moment he warped in, everyone in the living room's eyes widened, gasping at the sight of (Y/n) so run down.
"(Y/n)!" Suguru exclaimed, standing to his feet and rushing to his sister.Suguru pushed a strand away from her eyes worriedly, eyeing her pale, sickly skin. Geto sighed as he assessed her wellbeing as well as he could while she was in the arms of Choso, making the half-curse even more nervous.
"Do you think she'll be okay?" Choso asked her brother, understanding that it was him that knew her better. If he said no, Choso would warp to the nearest hospital."She seems exhausted, which is why she's out cold. She must have passed out from expending too much energy." Suguru mumbled with a small sigh.
"I believe she'll be alright. She just needs some rest." Geto told the noirette, making him nod slowly, relieved.
"Alright. I will take her to her bedroom to rest." Choso told the man as he walked back into his seat."That's wonderful. Thank you, Choso." Geto acknowledged as he sat down once again. Choso gritted his teeth, biting back his frustration as he walked away, heading towards (Y/n)'s room. Like moths to a flame, the curses and cursed womb spirits all followed Choso as he walked down the hall, all of them worried about (Y/n)'s wellbeing. Geto did not comment on the fact that he had been left alone in the living room, finding it most convenient that everyone was gone.
In that moment, Jogo warped into the room- the only person other who had also been missing for most of today. Unfortunately for him though, nobody noticed his disappearance- which indeed made him perfect for the job.
"Did he find the notebook?" Geto asked the curse with a raised brow, leaning his arms on the back of the sofa as he sunk back."Yes, it all went just as planned." Jogo grinned, moving to sit on a stool Infront of Geto. Suguru grinned, letting his head fall back with a content sigh.
"Do you think he'll tell (Y/n), though? What if he keeps it a secret? Then this would have all been for nothing." Jogo then adds worriedly, gnawing at his bottom lip. That was something Geto had considered, but Choso was too noble to do such a thing."Choso's not one to keep secrets. He's too honest- and very loyal to (Y/n)." Suguru told the curse, making Jogo grin, rubbing his hands together excitedly.
"Then we lucked out that he was the one that went looking for her." Jogo laughed.
"Indeed. My guess was either Mahito or Choso that would realise first that she was gone. Mahito would have told her because he is also very loyal to (Y/n)." Geto explained."But there was also the possibility that she'd be the one to find it if she'd left her domain- now I see that she fell unconscious, explaining why she spent the whole day in there." Geto mused.
"I have to say though, Geto. I'm surprised everything happened the way you guessed it would today." Jogo chuckled, making Geto smirk."Well, I realised yesterday that it would be so much easier to secure (Y/n)'s place by my side if she dispised Gojo. So this plan just seemed to make the most sense. But Gojo being there this morning was a total chance. I only heard that his students had a mission a few blocks down, I had a slight inkling he'd want to check out that neighborhood again." Geto explained.
"So tell me, Jogo. What did they talk about during their meeting?" Suguru asked with a smirk.
"Just a whole lot of emotional talk. Him begging her not to leave and her begging him not to look for her anymore. It was quite depressing. There were just a few things here and there that I could manipulate into sounding like he was trying to get information out of her." Jogo replied."I see. That's ingenious indeed." Geto chuckled, taking a large gulp of his gasp of whiskey. He enjoyed the way it burned.
"But will (Y/n)...you know, be okay?" Jogo then suddenly asked with a wince-even him having a soft spot for her.
"If her meeting with Gojo was as 'depressing' as you say then it'll take a few days for her to bounce back. But once Choso tells her about his findings, her sadness will turn into anger, and then we won't have to worry about Gojo's effect on her any longer." Geto explained."You know, I can't believe I hadn't thought about any of this sooner. It would have made the last few months a lot more bareable if she were angry and not so sad." Geto sighed, running his fingers through his black locks.
"Does this mean that she'll finally get more involved in our plans?" Jogo then asked, his eyes curious.
"Possibly. It depends on how far off her own path her anger will take her. She still does think like a jujustu sorcerer- concerned of morality and such." Suguru said, rolling his eyes at the last part."Are you not...starting to feel just a little bit guilty though?" Jogo then asked, he himself feeling guilt clawing at his chest.
"Excuse me?" Geto asked with a raised brow, lifting his head to look at Jogo. Jogo paled, fear running through him.
"No, it's just that (Y/n) has always been really sensitive...this is probably going to kill her." Jogo mumbled sadly.
"And she's always been so nice to me..." The curse added, with guilty eyes. Geto rolled his eyes as he took another gulp of his drink before saying,"Don't get all soft on me now, Jogo, or I might decide that you have little use to me anymore."
(A.N ~ I was gonna be evil and make you guys wait untill tomorrow to find out the truth but I took pity on you. Suprise, Gojo didn't betray her :)
