(Y/n)'s Point Of View

After kissing, me and Choso swapped positions. Neither of us really remembered how it happened but all of a sudden he was the one with his back on the bed and I was the one hovering over him. I laid my head against his chest with a sigh, allowing myself to relax against him. This was so new to me and yet I'd never been so comfortable- not for a very long time.

Kamo Choso wasy boyfriend. That sounded odd to say and yet butterflies roamed through my stomach everytime I remembered- which was practically every minute at this point. I couldn't hold back the smile on my face as I fiddled with the man's robes, my fingers tugging at it ever so gently. Now that I was paying attention to his clothes, I realised that I've never seen him wear anything other than this old Japanese traditional wear.

"Choso?" I mumbled out softly, making him hum in response. "Do you have any other clothes? You know, other than these robes?" Choso couldn't help but curiously look down at his clothing as I questioned him, as if he had to remind himself what he was currently wearing.
"I...have another set of robes?" Choso replied, sounding more like a question than a confident reply. I laughed at his answer.

"No," I laughed, "I mean, do you have any modern day clothes. I can't imagine how uncomfortable it must be for you to sleep in these." Choso nodded slowly, as if he were finally understanding where I was going with my questioning.
"Sleeping in these robes do not bother me- but no, I do not own any modern day clothing." Choso replied, telling me what I'd already guessed.

"Maybe we should go shopping tomorr- actually, maybe not tomorrow." I cut myself off when I realised that I already made plans tomorrow. "The day after! We'll go shopping then and get you a bunch of new clothes!" Choso's brows furrowed, making me think that he probably noticed my little slip up.
"Why not tomorrow?" Choso immediately asked, making me purse my lips.

"I'm going on a mission with Mahito, remember? To fight a sorcerer." I told him, my voice lowering with dread.
"Right." Choso then replied, probably having just remembered, "It slipped my mind." I forced a bright smile back on my face as I shook my head lightly, pushing myself up from Choso's chest so that I was straddling his waist, now staring down at him from above.
"It's okay! The day after will work just as good." I assured him, making him nod.

I smiled softly as I stared down at the boy, him staring back up at me wordlessly. My eyes travelled along his black mark down to his lips and then back up to his eyes and black hair. His hair was always in those two buns- and while it was adorable, I wanted to see how good it looked untamed.
"Can I just..." I trailed off as I reached for Choso's two buns, using both my hands to pluck his hair hands away until his black hair came tumbling down, cascading over the duvet.

I smiled as I looked down at Choso, who somehow looked more handsome with his hair out. He looked up at me with softened his, looking through his lashes as his hands reached to rest on my hips.
"Why?" Choso asked me simply, his tone curious, making me shrug shyly.
"You just look...really good with your hair down." I admitted sheepishly. Choso then used one of his hands to reach for his hair and brush a few fingers through his locks.

"I do?" Choso asked me, as if he'd never considered letting his hair down to be an option in styling- which was probably best because he'd distract me from the simplest of tasks which his hair like that. I nodded with a giggle as I followed his lead, also brushing a few of my fingers through his hair and damn, was it soft. Choso then gave me his full attention once again, but this time his eyes flickered down to my lips.

"Kiss?" The cursed womb spirit asked me, making me giggle as I leaned down to kiss him. The man's head tilted up slightly to meet my lips mid-day, one of his hands holding me gently by the cheek as we locked lips. He was greedy with the kiss, pulling me closer than I already was. I hummed into the kiss as Choso's grip on my hips tightened- something I don't even think he'd realised happened.

It was then that a knock interrupted us, forcing us to separate hesitantly.
"(Y/n)?! You in there!" A familiar voice whined as he knocked again, causing Choso to begin glaring at the door.
"Mahito?" I asked with confusion, slowly climbing off Choso. Was Mahito really knocking on my door right now?
"Why is he knocking?" I asked Choso, turning to look at him, "Since when did Mahito knock?"

Choso wasn't even listening to me, too busing glaring daggers at the door as if he could see Mahito through it.
"What is it, Mahito?" I asked as I opened the door, a hand on my hip as I looked at the curse who only pouted childishly.
"Why are you so snappy?" Mahito muttered as he entered my room, "I have graced you with my presence on this fine evening because I've been craving cake."

I rolled my eyes at his words, finding it incredibly typical of him.
"His hair looks different..." Mahito then mumbled, tilting his head at Choso as he put a hand over his chin in thought, humming, "I just can't put my finger on what it is..." I chuckled, shaking my head with amusement as I picked up my jacket from over the desk chair.
"Where are you going?" Choso asked.
"We're going out," I corrected with a smile as I slipped on my trainers,

"I'm suddenly craving cake."

(A.N ~ I could also do with some cake rn.)
