"That gear look good on you fasho, mamas. I'm so proud of you" I said to Angel over our FaceTime call
She's in Mexico playing for the USA basketball team. I didn't make cuts to be a member, but I'm not feeling any type of way.
What's meant for me will be for me, always. I'm just happy to celebrate my baby on her success.
"Thank you, I wish you was here though" she pouted before I laughed a little
"It's cool, you know I got work to do anyway. I'm booked and busy, you just bring home some gold"
"You know I am" she said as somebody came walking behind her and she looked at them
"Who that, that's Flau'jae?" I heard them say before Angel nodded and turned the camera
"Wassup Janiah" I spoke to her before she smiled from ear to ear
"Hey" she said while waving, "We not returning Angel to you, she bring all the good vibes"
"Oh she coming back fasho, I ain't worried bout that. Y'all just enjoy her while y'all got her" I said laughing a little but being serious at the same time
"I'm definitely going back" Angel said with a slight laugh, "But bae we finna go into practice, I'll call you back when I can"
"Alright, I love you"
"I love you too" she blew a kiss before hanging up the phone before I sighed feeling a little sad
It feel like she been gone forever, I miss her real bad.
"Aw" I heard my momma say as she turned around in the passenger seat, "My baby is in love, oh my gawd"
This the first time I've been open to her about any of my relationships. I think because she already knew Angel, so I'm comfortable.
"She a simp" Kilo said before I gave her the side eye
"I'll be that cause the way your love life going. Girl .." I laughed just thinking about her relationships
"I want my baby to be a lover girl, she don't need to be no heartbreaker" my momma said before I laughed at her
"You really think I'm a heartbreaker and that's crazy, ma" I said before my momma started laughing
"You got some of Jason in you, I told you"
"Yeah playa playa" Kilo nudged my shoulder before laughing I just looked at her
"I'm never that and turn my music back on" I demanded before the volume of the speakers started blasting
We're on the way to the airport because I have a show in Miami. I've been booked and busy lately and honestly all these back to back flights got me tired.
Once we made it to the airport we got situated and boarded our flight.
"Bae you is not at home stop before you get us kicked off" my momma said as Ameen had his feet up on the top of the seat
"We can't take this man nowhere" Kilo said chuckling a little
"Nowhere, he act like Aydin them" my momma said making me laugh
We all act like kids and she be sick of us.
"Leave that man alone he tryna get comfortable" I said watching as he put his feet down
"That's somebody seat"
The plane took off and it took about a hour and some change. Once we got off, we got met our driver and left to our hotel.
"Open the door, Kilo" I said from inside of the bathroom, "That's Tristan"
I turned my attention back to my live as I fixed my shirt in the mirror.

"Tell Angel to text back?" I said before cackling, "You tell her and we gone see if she stupid"
"Open the door" Tristan said beating on the door causing me to open it, "What is you doing?"
"I'm on live, but y'all pull up on me tonight. We lit fasho" I said throwing up 4s and smiling, "I'm off this"
I ended the live before fixing my hair and lotioning down. I slipped on my shoes because at this point time is not by our side.
My momma rushing us to leave, so I sped up the process. We left and made it to the arena and it was a large crowd.
"Remember don't cover the mic" one of the ladies said to me as she handed me the microphone
"Okay, I gotchu" I said while standing at the side of the stage waiting to go on
Once I heard my name and the "Ready or Not" beat come in I walked on stage
"How y'all doing tonight, Miami?" I said in the microphone before the crowd cheered, "Oh y'all lit fasho, but listen ..
It's crazy I'm the one they want to represent young black girl I can prolly be the president I'm the voice of the youth you hear my tone i it think it's evidentI know who I am they mistake my confidence for arrogance
I I think it's different cause I don't take my clothes off I just play my role dawgI can't shoot my soul yall I just about a 3 put my arm I guess I show off they sleep I let 'em doze off wake em up oh yeah it's role call
I performed two other songs before getting a round of applause from everyone. Leaving off the stage, I felt good and about my performance.
After the show was over, I wanted to stay to take pictures and talk to my supporters. Everybody was down to Earth and chill, it always feels good to talk to my supporters.
Soon after we left for food because everybody was hungry, we barely ate this morning. I'm kind of tired too, but I got a studio session booked here.
I'm not missing it and I'll be at the gym later tonight to put in some work. I'm always clocked in ain't no time off for me.
