It's been exactly 3 weeks since the accident, so I'm able to play volleyball now! We have practice today from 9–10:30, so I stand up and get ready. I put on our practice jersey and tied my hair up.

Grace and Lia both slept here, and, may I add, in their men's rooms. Well, Lia and Sam are a couple, but Grace and Carter aren't yet.

I go to wake them up, and we head into my car and drive to practice.

Lia, what happened last night?" I say

"What do you mean?"

"Well, you were sleeping in Sam's room," Grace says.

"Oh god, guys, nothing happened."

Yet," I say, laughing.

Once we get to practice, we put our bags in the change room and start stretching.

After practice, we head back into the house and take showers. There are three working showers in this house: one in Sam's room, one in Carter's, and One in Hunter's. Since the accident, I've been using Carters, but Grace is going in there. And I bet Lia is in Sam's right now. So I have to use Hunters.

Oh god, just kill me.

I walk up to his room and knock on the door.

"Come in," he says.

"Hey, can I use your shower? The rest are taken."

"Yeah, whatever," he says blankly.

I roll my eyes and enter his shower.

I grab a spare towel from the closet and lay it on the floor. I get undressed and walk to the shower, turning it on.

After my shower, I head back downstairs to order pizza for us to eat for dinner.

Once everyone is down here and we're done eating dinner, we decide to go out for icecream. It's about a 13-minute walk to Dairy Queen from the house, so we all agree to go there.

Once we're there, we all order and get a table to eat at. While I'm walking back to the table with my ice cream in my hand, I spot Ryan also here, waiting in line. I roll my eyes and walk past him, but he intentionally bumps into me, making my ice cream fall.

"Wow, Maddie, I see you already ate your ice cream." Carter says

"No, someone bumped into me, and my ice cream fell," I say.

"Here have mine," Hunter says.

"No, it's ok, I'm fine."

"Have it, really."

"Why don't we share?" I say. I mean, he got a blizzard, so it's easy to share.

"Fine, let me get you a spoon."

"ok"

As me and Hunter share the ice cream, we all talk about the soccer game on Saturday.

"Let's hope we win; we can't afford a loss right now; the sharks are up our asses, Hunter says.

Yeah, we just need to talk to the coach and get more practices throughout the week," Carter says.

After we're all done, we walk back to the house and go to bed.

I wake up at around 3 feeling hungry, so I walk into the kitchen to make a snack. As I walk in, I see Hunter already sitting at the counter.

"What are you doing here? I ask.

"Just having a snack," he says.

"Thanks for sharing the ice cream with me." i say

"Yeah, no problem."

"Hunter"

"yes?"

"Why do you hate me?"

"I don't hate you."

"What do you mean you always ignore me?"

"I only do that because you hate me."

"I don't hate you."

"Ok, so we both don't hate each other."

"friends?"

"yeah, friends"

After our little encounter, I get a snack, then I go back to sleep.

Then the next morning, I hear people in the kitchen, so I wake up and see what's going on.

"Good morning," Grace says.

"What time is it?"

"1" Hunter says

"Oh shit, how did I sleep in that long?"

"I don't know, but here's your breakfast," Lia says, sliding a bowl of cereal to me.

"Ok, so we've all been talking, and we need to figure out a sleeping plan for you since you can't be sleeping on the couch every day," Carter says.

"Who has the biggest room?" Sam asks.

"I think I do," Hunter says.

Ok, so we can get another bed and put it in Hunter's room?" Carter says

"Yeah, I'm fine with that," Hunter says.

Ok, thanks guys," I say.

"I'll order it right now," Carter adds.

Once I'm done eating, me, Grace and Lia decide to go to the mall and get some clothes.

"We should book a vacation," Grace says On the car ride there.

Yes, we need to," Lia says.

"That's actually a good idea," I add.

"We can all do it when we get back."Grace says.

Once we arrive at the mall, we go pick out bathing suits since we're going to book a trip.

"This is cute," Lia says, holding up a cute triangle bikini.

OMG, I love that!" I say.

Girl, get it," Lia says.

I tried it on, and it looked so good on me, so I decided to buy it.

We visit a few more stores, buying tons of clothes. Then we head back home.

Once we make it back, we call everyone into the living room to discuss the vacation.

Ok, so we were thinking of booking a vacation soon," Grace says.

"Hell yeah, let's do it," Carter says.

Ok, but we need to agree on a place," Lia says.

"How about Jamaica?" I say

YES, THAT SOUNDS AMAZING," Grace says.

They all agree, and we book it for next week.

I can't wait.
