Me, Grace, and Lia all wake up on the couch the next morning.
"Good Morning, I'm going to go check on Maddie." Grace says
"Me too; Lia follows her.
"Ok, she's in my room."
They nod and walk up the stairs.
I can't help but feel bad for Madison. So I make her and the rest of them breakfast.
After I'm done, I make a plate for Madison and bring it up to my room.
"Hey, I brought her food; yours is downstairs," I say quietly to Grace and Lia.
They nod and make their way downstairs to eat.
"Hey," I say.
"Hi" Her voice sounds weak.
"Here's some food. You don't have to eat it."
"Thank you," she says with a smile.the
Mission accomplished: get Madison to smile at me. I laugh to myself.
I quickly set down the food on her lap and went to my bathroom to take a shower.
Once I'm out, I brush my teeth, wrap my towel around my waist, and head back into my room to grab my clothes.
She's almost done eating, so in the meantime, I take my clothes and head back to the washroom to get changed.
When I come out, she's done, so I take her plate and bring it downstairs.
"How is she?" Carter asks
"She's good," I say.
"We're going back upstairs," Grace says while she and Lia stand up.
"And the doctor is on his way," Lia says.
"Damn, I hope she's okay," Sam says.
"Yeah, me too," Carter says.

A few minutes later, the doctor arrives, and he follows me to my room.
"Hello Madison," he says.
Hi," she says quietly.
"So can you tell me what happened?" he says.
"Well, I don't remember much, but I do remember going to the washroom and some guy following me in and forcing me into a stall, then he raped me."
"Did you buy any change that hit your head?"
"Yeah, he slammed me into the wall."
Ok, so possible concussion," he says.
"He does the regular check-up stuff, then tells us she has a grade 2 concussion and needs to stay in bed for at least 2 weeks for recovery.
He leaves, and we all thank him, then we all go back up to my room.
"So where's she going to sleep?" Grace says.
"She can sleep in here, I say.
"Are you sure?" Lia says.
"Yeah, the couch is very comfortable."
They laugh, and we all leave to let Madison sleep in peace.
Once we get downstairs, we all watch movies until we fall asleep.
