I wake up exhausted as usual. I stand up and head straight into the washroom to get ready for the day. I put on grey sweatpants and a black muscle shirt since the weather is getting pretty cold. Once I'm done in the washroom, I walk back out, and Madison is still sleeping.

I walk downstairs, quickly grab an apple from the fridge, and run back upstairs to ask Carter if he wants to come to the mall with me.

"Hey, want to come to the mall with me?" I say I'm walking into his room.

Yeah, sure, just give me a minute," he says as he stands up.

I walk back to my room and see Madison just sitting on her bed.

"you good?" I'm walking over to my nightstand.

"Yeah," she says, standing up and walking over to her closet.

"Where are you going?" she asks.

"Me and Carter are going to the mall for Christmas shopping." I say

"Have fun," she says sarcastically.

"Just kill me," I say, lying down on my bed.

"Well, I can't kill you; you're not going to see the awesome gift I got you." She says she is walking over and lying beside me.

"Really?" I say

Yup," she says, smiling.

Hunter, let's go," Carter says as he walks into the room.

"Ok, bye," I say to Madison.

Bye," she says, standing up.

Me and Carter walk back downstairs and head into his car.

"Have you got a gift for Grace yet?" I asked since they've made it official.

No, I don't know what to get her," he said, stressed.

"That sucks"

Once we get to the mall, we walk in and go straight into Nike.

"I think I'm going to get Sam a soccer jersey," I say, looking through the teams.

Yeah, I already gave him and you something."

I found a Portugal jersey I think he would like.We pay, then walk to the nearest jewellery store.

"I think I'm going to get her a pair of earrings," he says, looking at different pairs.

He finally picks out a pair, so we pay and walk out.

"I'm hungry; let's stop at the food court," Carter says.

"Ok"

Since I've already given Carter a gift, all that's left are Grace,Lia, and Madison.

Girls are so hard to buy for.

We get some Chipotle and find a seat.

"I think I should go to that makeup store to get Grace and Lia something," I say, eating my food.

"Yeah, that's a good idea," he says.

Once we're done, we walk to Sephora to buy something.

"What do we get them?" Carter says, intimidated.

"I don't know there's so much stuff," I say back.

We walk around not knowing anything about makeup, so we just decide to get them gift cards.

Now Maddison.

"I don't know what to get Madison," I say.

"Ask Grace," he says.

I pull out my phone and click on her contact.

Hey," I say.

"Hey Hunter, what's up?"

"So me and Carter are at the mall Christmas shopping, and I want to know what I should get for Madison."

Oh, she's been dying to get this ring. I'll send you a photo."

"Ok thanks"

"Yeah, no problem."

I hang up and walk back to the same jewellery store.

I found the ring Grace sent me, which was really pretty. I pay, and we drive back home.

We walk into the house, and the girls and Sam are all watching a movie.

I sit down beside Madison, grabbing a blanket and putting it on her.

"Hey," she says quietly.

"Hello," I say back.

Once the movies are done, I walk into the kitchen.

"I'm going to make some cookies. Want to help?" Madison asks me.

"Sure," I say, grabbing a glass of water.

She grabs her phone and types in a recipe.

She walks over to the oven, which I'm assuming she's preheating.

"Grab the flour," she says.

I grab the flour and set it on the counter. I read the rest of the ingredients and grated them to put on the counter too.

"Thanks," she says.

We put the dry ingredients in a bowl, but Maddison being Maddison, she spills flour all over me.

Oops," she says, giggling.

I grab a handful of flowers and chase her around the kitchen.

"PLEASE STOP, IM SORRY," she says, laughing.

Ok, I'm sorry," I say, still holding the flour. She walks over to me to mix the ingredients, so I place the flour I had in my hand on her head.

"YOU BITCH," she said, grabbing more flour and throwing it at me.

Once we're all done with that, we continue the recipe and put them in the oven.

We're both sitting on the counter, covered in flour.

"I think you have some flour on your face," I say sarcastically."

She rolls her eyes. I jump off the counter and grab a warm cloth with water.

I walk towards her and clean the flour off her face.

Thanks," she says, blushing.

as she hops off and grabs another cloth with warm water.

Hunter, bend down; I can reach your face," she says, struggling.

I pick her up by the waist and sit her down on the counter.

There," I say.

She's whipping the flour off my face, and I can't help but stare at her. After she's done, we lock eyes for a moment before we're interrupted by the oven timer going off.

Oh, the cookies are done," she says, blushing.

We grab the cookies and clean the dishes before heading upstairs to shower.

"Take a shower first," I say.

No, you can take one first; I started it."

"No ladies first," I say.

Ugh, you're annoying," she says, walking into the bathroom.

After we've both taken showers, we lay down on our beds.

"Good night, Hunter."

"Good night, Madison."
