Part 59 - One step closer

As Mini stormed out of his office, she saw that the gathered crowd had increased in number and a few media people were there too, because of whom the chaos in the hospital had reached its peak. The hospital staff were trying to calm them down while Mini looked confused.

"Did you see that?" She heard a low voice from behind her as she felt a warm breath on her neck. She turned to see Ritwik and rolled her eyes in resentment.

Ritwik: Tum puch rahi thi naa, yeh shor kaisa hai? Tumhare Neil ki wajah se hai yeh sab. Media tak baat pahunch gayi hai. Mujh par hath utha ke kuch nahi milega tumhe, Mini. Ab bas yeh socho ki Neil wapas kaise aayega?

She turned at him once again with rage in her eyes.

Mini: What do you mean?

This irked him even more than that slap. He was about to say something but Mini left that area. She stood at another corner and continued to watch the situation.

"That's none of your business." She answered. "I hope it's worth our time and efforts." He asked. "Of course. It's something I've seen myself." She replied.

He agreed and she told him something secretively. Soon after, the media gathered around Ritwik and started questioning him, "Sir, abhi abhi humein khabar mili hai ki aapka aapki hospital ki new dean, Ms. Tanya ke sath kuch gehre sambandh hain. Shayad, colleagues se badh kar kuch, kya yeh sach hai?" "What? Yeh kya bol rahein hain aap? Kisne kaha aapse aisa?" "Sir please jawab dijiye. Kya yeh sach hai ki aap apni dean ke kaafi kareeb hain?
