Chapter 16 | S1: Fame And Flames

Sunoo's POV

As I entered the school premises for another eventful day, I couldn't help but notice the unusual atmosphere. Students were casting curious glances in my direction, and whispers seemed to follow me wherever I went. Are they talking about me? I don't want to assume but the looks in their eyes show it.

Still puzzled, I entered the classroom and sat down. Then Eunchae approached me, looking all excited but had a confused look in her face

"Hey Eunchae, I just had a weird moment earlier, it was like everyone was staring at me" I asked, my voice filled with confusion.

Eunchae's eyes widened, and she gave me a sympathetic smile. "But they are!" My brows raised after hearing that Eunchae could tell that they were eyeing and talking about me.

"It's because of Sunghoon's post on Instagram. He tagged you, and it went viral all over the school. Everyone's been talking about it."

My heart skipped a beat as I absorbed her words. That post? THAT post last night? I couldn't fathom why it would cause such a stir. The sudden attention and the rumors that must have spread left me feeling both flustered and uneasy.

The class then went on and when it was time for lunch break, me and the girls were going to the cafeteria but before I could go out the door, the crowd around me began to grow, and the questions started pouring in. "Are you and Sunghoon dating?" "What's the story behind the post?" I felt overwhelmed and vulnerable, unsure how to respond. My hand slipped away from Eunchae's grasp and just like that, I was separated from the girls.

Just as the crowd grew larger, Sunghoon appeared, his presence both comforting and protective. He stood by my side, covering and shielding me from the students that just doesn't stop screaming and asking questions.

"Out of the way!" I could hear him shout, anger and irritation filling his voice. Before I could see where we are, Sunghoon opened a door with a keycard and let me in. Woah I have never been in this part of the school, it's like...an office.

"Hey Sunoo! I missed you!" A familiar voice called to me. It's Jungwon! What is he doing he-

As Jungwon hugged me, I saw from behind Heeseung sitting in a leather couch, legs crossed, head laying on hand, but he was looking at me...

"Are you okay? I already knew that post was gonna be a problem" Jungwon said while looking for any scars on my body.

"I-I'm fine, I didn't expect a post to cause such a scene haha" I laughed to ease the quiet atmosphere.

"C'mere Sunoo, there's food here, I know you haven't eaten yet" Heeseung offered, tapping on the spot on the couch beside him. I decided to disregard the informations I knew about him, because he wa just offering a seat and food.

"Here eat this" Heeseung handed me a container that has bibimbap inside. The look of it almost made me drool because I was really so hungry.

As I ate, I couldn't help but ask them "What is this room? It's like an office"

"Heeseung's family bought it as a study place for him, when we three became friends, it became OUR study place" Jungwon said. You can buy a room in a school??? Heeseung's family must be crazy rich and popular

"Oh really? That's actually so cool. I didn't even know you could buy rooms here in the school" I said in amazement.

"Jungwon is wrong though" Heeseung said. Jungwon and I looked at him with a confused face.

"This room will now be the study room of FOUR students, Me, Jungwon, Sunghoon, and..."

Heeseung looked at me with a smirk "You..." WHAT?! First, Jake gave me access to Roosevelt Hotel, now Heeseung's giving me access to this study place?!
