Sunoo's POV

The classroom buzzed with the usual midday energy as I kept to myself the crumpled photo of Sunghoon and Wonyoung clutched tightly in my hand. I breathed in and out throughout the whole class, being careful not to charge at Wonyoung's classroom in the fit of rage.

Break time finally arrived, and the group gathered in our usual spot. Laughter and chatter filled the air as I joined the circle. Sunghoon, oblivious to my inner turmoil, wrapped an arm around me, and I forced a smile, playing along with his usual clinginess.

"Hey, babe," Sunghoon greeted, wrapping his other arm around my shoulders.

I forced a smile and held his arms "Hey," he replied, trying to match Sunghoon's playful tone.

Sunghoon pressed closer, lips brushing my ear as he spoke. "Missed me, hm?"

I nodded, playing along. "Terribly."

"You two are disgusting. So, what's the plan for the booth profits?" Jay asked, trying to shift the focus to lighter topics.

Heeseung chimed in, "I was thinking of treating everyone to dinner. A celebration, you know?"

Niki grinned, "Free food? Count me in, I'm not passing that up."

I, despite my internal turmoil, managed a nod, "Sounds good."

However, beneath the surface, the photo continued to gnaw at my composure. The casual banter around me blurred as he fought to suppress the anger bubbling within. I really... wanted to punch someone for the first time.

Sunghoon, noticing my distant expression, tightened his grip, leaning closer. "Everything okay, babe?"

I nodded, "Yeah, just a bit tired. Long day."

Sunghoon traced circles on my back, it felt like he searching for answers I wasn't ready to give. I felt the tension rising.

Sunghoon intertwined our fingers, his clinginess intensifying. I forced myself to stay composed, but the internal storm brewed. Heeseung, catching onto the awkward atmosphere, exchanged a concerned glance with me.

"I was thinking," Sunghoon mused, his voice laced with playful intent, "maybe we should do something fun after school. Shake off the stress."

My thoughts raced. I didn't want Sunghoon around, and didn't want to engage in this thing of his. But for appearances, I nodded. "Sure, sounds good."

The remainder of the break felt like an eternity, Sunghoon's closeness both suffocating and infuriating. When the bell rang, signaling the end of break, Sunoo managed to extricate himself from Sunghoon's grasp, seeking refuge in the classroom.

As he sat alone, the photo clenched tightly, he pondered the complexity of his emotions. Anger simmered beneath the surface, frustration at Sunghoon's obliviousness. The allure of the booth festival win had been overshadowed by the unresolved tension.

The school day pressed on, and Sunoo braced himself for the impending 'fun' Sunghoon had planned. Little did Sunghoon know, beneath Sunoo's calm exterior, a storm brewed – a tempest of conflicting emotions that threatened to unravel the fragile threads of their relationship.

Sunghoon kissed my temple, oblivious to the storm raging within me. In that moment, I played the role, the smile on my face masking the tempest beneath the surface. Heeseung shot him a knowing glance, recognizing the facade I was putting on.

Dance class unfolded as a familiar rhythm, but Sunghoon, however, continued his relentless pursuit of closeness, weaving around me like an inseparable dance partner.
