Louri POV
After Devon fell back asleep I was thinking of something fun we could do today to lift everyone’s spirits. I was laying on my side in bed looking through my phone when I saw that they were having a summer fest at the LA county grounds. That sounds like it would be a lot of fun. Devon could go on the kids rides and we can invite Lizzie, Tom and Zendaya, my brother, Hemsworth and RDJ, maybe they’ll be interested in coming. I send a quick text to the group chat we have going on to keep eachother updated about our lives.

Marvel Secretive Group Chat
Louri (Scarlett’s Bitch): Hey everyone, I saw that there’s a summer fest going on at the county grounds. Is anyone down for going with Scarlett, the kids and I?
Lizzie(Scarlet Witch👩🏻‍🦰): ooo me! Anyway I can spend time with my nephew and nieces! And it sounds like fun
Tom(spider boy🕸️) count Zendaya and I in
Brother(Flag boy🇺🇸) count me in
Hemsworth(thunder man🔨): Elsa and the kids and I are in
RDJ(tin man 🤖) I’ll be there
Louri(Scarlett’s Bitch): great! Let’s aim to meet at our house at 11 and we can head over together

Content with everyone’s replies I turn over to see Scarlett starting to slowly wake up. “Good morning babe” I whisper as I lean over Devon and give her a kiss. “Good morning baby” she mumbles against my lips. “Sooo, I was thinking you and I can take the kids to the summer fest that’s happening at the county grounds today. I texted the group chat and everyone is down for going” I tell her. “Hmm that sounds like it would be a lot of fun” she replies and grabs her phone looking at the conversation. “Really baby I thought I told you to change your name in the group chat” she says looking over to me. “But I like it and it’s a true statement” I tell her  shrugging my shoulders as she rolls her eyes and huffs. “Come on let’s get Devon and the girls up and ready, everyone is coming here at 11”. I say while slowly rubbing Devon’s back to wake him up. “Hey little Marine, time to wake up.” I softly say trying to get him to wake up. “Urgh i don’t wanna wake up” he mumbles tiredly. Scarlett and I chuckle a little at how cute he’s being. “Are you sure you don’t wanna wake up? I hear there’s a cool festival going on and your aunts and uncles are coming” Scarlett says to him as he quickly shoots up sitting straight. “A festival!? With aunties and uncies?” He exclaims as I nod my head. “Yep you got that right let’s get you dressed so I can help mommy with your sisters, everyone will be here soon” I tell him helping him get out of our bed and walking with him into his room to get him dressed.

Scarlett’s POV
While Louri gets Devon dressed I get up from bed and look into the girls bassinets to see them sound asleep. We really got lucky with the girls, they have gotten on a good sleep schedule. I slowly pick up Maya and rub her back to get her to wake up. She looks up at me with her beautiful brown eyes, she looks just like Louri. I smile down at her, “Good morning baby girl are you hungry?” I ask her as if she’s actually going to comprehend what I’m saying. She just coos up at me so I take that as a yes and sit down in the recliner chair we have in our room lifting my shirt up as Maya latches on. “Guess you are hungry” I say, giggling a little to myself. Louri walks back into the room and smiles looking over at me and goes to check on Louisa. “Looks like someone is awake already” she says picking Louisa up and walking over by me and sitting on the side of the bed. Louisa grabs ahold of Louri’s finger and tries putting it in her mouth. “Hey I’m not breakfast” Louri says laughing but doesn’t pull her finger away as Louisa seems content. Maya finishes up and I hand her over to Louri to burp while I take Louisa. “How are we going to manage with the twins and Devon?” I ask Louri as I feed Louisa. “Thats why I called in the back up. Plus they get to spend time with their nieces and nephew” she says as she’s burping Maya. “Speaking of which, where’s Devon?” I ask. “He should be right in, he wanted to brush his teeth on his own, so I helped him on the step stool in his bathroom” she says. “Our little man is growing up” I say.
Devon comes running into the room. “My teeth are all clean!” He exclaims smiling widely at us. “Good job Devon” Louri and I say proudly. It’s the little things that make us smile. Once I finish feeding and burping Louisa I get up and walk with Louri to the girls room to get them changed and dressed into cute little summer dresses. Louri makes sure she packs up the diaper back pack with all the essentials that we will be needing for today. “Why don’t you go ahead and shower and change and I’ll get started on breakfast” Louri says as she kisses my cheek. “Ok I’ll be quick so you can get in the shower afterwards” I reply. “No need to rush today babe, today is about relaxing and having fun” she says smiling. I nod and head out of the girls room to go take a shower.

Louri’s POV
I head downstairs and have Devon sit on the couch to watch cartoons while I get breakfast ready. I put Maya and Louisa in their playpen and bring it into the kitchen so I can keep an eye on them while I cook. I decide on making waffles since they are Devon’s favorite and I want this day to go perfect for him. I grab ingredients and start making the batter as I heat up the waffle iron. I pour some of the batter into the waffle iron and close it, glancing here and there at the girls to make sure they’re doing ok. Seeing them shake their rattles or putting their teething toys in their mouth just makes me smile. They are soo stinkin cute. The waffle iron beeps and I open it and move the waffle to a plate and get started on the next batch. As that’s cooking I cut up some fruit and scramble some eggs. Scarlett comes down after a while. “Wow you managed to make waffles and eggs and cut up fruit?” She asks while wrapping her arms around my waist. “Yes I did all while the kids are being entertained”I say pointing to the girls and Devon who’s sitting on the couch giggling at the cartoons. “Very nice” she says while grabbing a piece of fruit and walking over to play pen and picking up the girls to put in their high chairs. “Devon sweetie can you come into the kitchen for breakfast please?” Scarlett asks. “Coming mommy!” He shouts running over to the kitchen table and sitting down in his chair. I cut up a waffle for Devon and plate some eggs and fruit and place it in front of him and get him some orange juice. Scarlett grabs a plate for us both as I cut up some small pieces of fruit for the girls. “Alright dig in, everyone will be here soon” I say sitting down and starting to eat.

Nobody’s POV
There was a knock at the front door and in walks Lizzie. “Knock knock” she shouts. “In the kitchen” Louri responds. Lizzie walks over greeting everyone. “Looks like I’m the first one here” Lizzie says. “Aren’t you always?” Scarlett asks while smirking. “Auntie Lizzie are you excited for the festival!?” Devon asks excitedly, bouncing in his seat. “I sure am Devon! I can’t wait for us to play games and get face paintings and to go on rides” she responds, matching his enthusiasm. Louri gets up grabbing the empty plates and brings them over to the sink. “Louri, go up and get ready, I’ll handle the dishes” Scarlett says, making Louri nod and heading upstairs quickly to get ready not wanting to make everyone wait for her. After some time everyone starts to arrive, sharing their excitement about the fest. Once Louri comes downstairs after getting ready she greets everyone. “Alright looks like we are all set to go” Louri says as she grabs the diaper backpack putting it on her back and grabs Louisa to carry her out to the car. Scarlett carries Maya as Lizzie is holding Devon’s hand. They decide to carpool with each other so as to not take too many vehicles and hopefully not to attract too much attention.
