Louri’s POV
I’m in the kitchen making myself some coffee when Koala Scarlett appears and attaches herself to my back. “Good morning Baby.” I  chuckle. “Good morning Marine. What are you doing today?” She asks. “Just have to go into the office and do my normal stuff with no calls planned for the day.” I tell her. “Hmm ok. That smells good.” She says pointing to the coffee in my hand so I grab a metal staw and put it in the mug and hold it up to my left shoulder where her head is resting. “Here have some.” I tell her and she does and Chris walks in and just stares at us. “How are you able to just stand there with Scarlett on your back and are you SHARING your  never share coffee?” Chris says. “What? Louri always shares her coffee.” Scarlett says confused. “Really then I can have some?” Chris say. “Fuck no back off.” I tell him. “There it is.” He says. “Louri has always shared her coffee. I remember one of the times we went out for our monthly coffee and someone bumped into me and she gave me hers. It was like the second time we went out for coffee.” Scarlett says. “Third.” I tell her. “I’m calling Ma, she won’t believe this.” Chris says. “Ma has seen me share my coffee with Scarlett.” I say. “Yeah she had the same reaction as you.” Scarlett adds still on my back but she is light as a feather so I don’t mind. “Does she share her energy drinks?” Chris says. “No she doesn’t. Oh my god I remember this time we filming Civil War and Louri had some energy drinks in the fridge  of my trailer. Well I was really tired but we still had filming to do and I thought well she’s my wife and she shares her coffee and coke or mountain dew or whatevers she’s drinking I was thinking well she won’t mind if I drink one. Well she was asleep in the back of the trailer and I mean asleep. And oh my god  this woman.” Scarlett says laughing and I’m smiling. I know what happens next. “What did she do?” Chris asks. “I can’t stop laughing Honey, can you finish the story?” Scarlett says laughing. “Well as Scarlett said I was asleep with Devon on my chest and I woke up to the sound of the can opening and Scarlett telling the can to be quiet.” I chuckle. “I gently moved Devon off of me and I got out of bed and Scarlett had her back to me so I used my training to approach her so I wrapped my arms around her waist like I normally do when she has her back to me where as she climbs on me like a koala like she is right now. And I said I don’t quiet remember what I said..” I say and Scarlett cuts in. “She said and I quote. “Scarlett I love you but that better not be my energy drink.” Scarlett laughs. “I burst out laughing because I thought she was being funny but then something that I found um well quite sexy she lowered her voice into her Marine voice and said. “Mrs. Major Evans put down the red bull.” Scarlett says doing a horrible impression of me. “That tracks and please don’t call my baby sister sexy.” Chris says. “But she is!” Scarlett exclaims. “Ew.” Chris gags. “Ok let's not torture Chrissy.” I say. “Ok fine but I was just stating facts and Chris this is not your house put on some clothes.” Scarlett says. “I’m wearing basically the same thing you are.” He says to Scarlett. “Chris this is her house not yours, put on some pants.” I say as Scarlett finishes off my coffee. “Plus these aren’t even my clothes, they are Louri’s.” Scarlett says. “Scarlett you are just two inches shorter than Louri, how are her clothes so big on you?” Chris asks, pulling a pair of jeans out of his bag that he left on the kitchen table. “Because I am a lot more muscular than her, therefore my shirts are bigger.” I say. “Makes sense. Uh Scarlett are you ever going to get off Louri’s back?” Chris asks. “Hey, leave my koala alone.” I say and Scarlett sticks her tounge out at Chris. “And I normally get off her back when she tells me to.” Scarlett says. “So Chris I never asked what made you come to Germany?” Scarlett asks. “Oh I wanted to help you guys unpack and I missed you guys.” He says. “Aww are you getting soft Chrissy.” I say messing with him. “You shared your coffee.” He says. “True I did.” I say just as my phone buzzes. “Really Chris.” I chuckle.

“Mommy I’m hungry.” Devon says entering the kitchen rubbing his eyes. “Ok you want pancakes?” Scarlett asks, getting off my back. “Fuck yeah.” He cheers. “Devon you shouldn’t say that word you are too young.” Chris says. “But Mama says it all the time.” Devon says. “Yes but I’m an adult.” I tell him. “Well shit.” He says and Scarlett gives me the Romanoff stare. “Well I have to get to work. I will see you at lunch. There is a restaurant that General Banes recommended.” I say pouring coffee in a to-go mug and putting in the creamer as well before grabbing my briefcase and giving Scarlett a kiss and kiss Devon on the head before I leave the house.
