Lily Scott was the bane of Sebastian Vettel's life. The Ice Queen of the paddock had taken his seat, she'd taken his sanity...he was damned if he was going to let her take his heart.
Lily Scott wasn't the person the world thought she was. On t...

"Are you sure you want to do this Lily?" Seb asked her.
Lily stared out of the window at the imposing grey edifice on the other side of the car park. She'd been certain but now she was here she was getting cold feet.
"Not really," she admitted, reaching over and taking Seb's hand. Seb squeezed hers reassuringly.
"You don't have to," he told her. "This is your call, our decision. Just know that I will support you with whatever you choose."
Lily knew that despite his support he didn't want her to do it, he'd told her as much when she'd first brought the subject up. He thought it might upset her, make her take a few steps backwards in her recovery.
"I just need some answers Seb. I really need answers. And I want to look him in the eye and ask him why he betrayed me."
"Yet you're not sure now?"
"I'm scared," she admitted.
"He can't hurt you baby. They won't let him lay a finger on you."
"I'm scared that I'll look at him and I'll just see Luca. I've been thinking of him as some kind of monster in my head, but what if I just see the man I knew?"
"I don't think any of us ever really knew him," Seb said softly. Lily sighed. She knew he was right but more and more lately she'd thought about the years she and Luca had spent together. She'd trusted him! His betrayal hurt. It really did, and she had to know why he'd done it. Sure, Liam had said Luca had been in love with him, but she needed to hear it from him.
"I just wish I could come with you," Seb murmured, stroking her knuckles with the pad of his thumb.
"I wish you could too, but he wouldn't see me unless I go alone. I guess he thought you might punch his lights out."
"I'd love to," Seb growled. Lily glanced at the clock. It was nearly time. She had a decision to make. Did she forget all about this and go and catch the next flight back to Switzerland? Or did she get out of this car, cross the car park and walk into the prison?
Seb sat watching Lily, waiting to see what she was going to do. He'd meant it when he'd said he'd support her whatever her decision was but he really didn't want her to do this, especially not alone.
She'd been extremely quiet and reserved since making her decision, apart from when they'd visited Poppy, Pierre and Madeleine, and when they'd been in bed. If anything she'd seemed to want sex more than ever, as if the intimacy between them helped her to manage her inner torment.
Canada had been strange. She'd barely spoke to the media, her answers had been monosyllabic when possible, wooden and robotic. She'd not even lost her shit at Carlos for getting in her way when she'd exited the pits after her stop, which had contributed to her losing her third place.
