"Morning."
"Someone looks happy." Cole felt like he was living in a fairytale. He didn't even feel the need for his coffee but getting the coffee meant seeing Kai.
"You look like a ray of sunshine yourself."
"Shut up."
"You do." Kai seemed to trying to contain his smile but they were drastically losing that fight and Cole was winning. Their fingers brushed when Kai handed him the cup. He could move mountains, jump meters into the sky.
"I'll see you tonight?"
Cole nodded without hesitation. "Yeah." Despite not being in any rush, Cole ran down the streets. There was an order waiting for him and he couldn't wait. Especially for tonight, when he gets to see Kai once again, which seemed to become the one highlight of his days.
