[Rudeus's POV]

"What's that?" I looked at Elinalise who waved a letter in my face.

"Oh, this?" A smile etched her face. "It's a letter. From somewhere very prestigious, it's quite rare for these to come by. Why don't I read for you handsome?"

My whole body cringed at the last word she said. If I could, I would blast her out with magic but I don't want to cause any problems with Paul or Roxy-sensei for that... Instead, I'll just smile.

"Sure. Right out loud while I do my muscle exercises." I respond.

Right as I get ready to do my daily one-punch man training, Elinalise starts reading the letter with a bit of a moan mixed in every couple of letters. I ignore the moans and just focus on listening to what the letter says while doing my training.

"Dear the Greyrat twins, 

It is an honor to call upon two talented and strong individuals to come to the esteemed Ranoa Magic University. As vice principal, Jenius of the university, I and many of the campus' teachers hear much of the exploits and rumors concerning the two of you. As the aforementioned "Quigmare" and "Excaliber", in addition to being taught by one of our teachers, Roxy, an Imperium-class magician. If you would let us have you here at the university, to hone the craft of your skills as "Special Students" we are eternally grateful."

'Interesting. But how do I know it's not a scam sent by someone...' 

'It's not. I assure that brat.' Kurama looked at the letter, touching it with his chakra. 

"How would you know?" I asked the fox. 

'Brat, I'm the 9-tailed fox! The most powerful bijuu there is!' Kurama roared in my mind. 'I am the reason Furn is so strong besides his Uchiha blood within him.'

"Good to know then." I nod. "Still, it wouldn't be out of the picture to say it's a setup for something."

[Furn's Pov]

"My student... What brings you here?" Chitose is the first one to greet me in this unknown location, almost like he knew I would appear here. Strange... 

I gaze at my surroundings to determine where I'm at and at first, I thought I was in the cave where Kurama was when I first met him. But that's not the case, to be more descriptive, the place is humid and dark but not dark enough to hinder my normal eyes.

"Where are we? I know my portal can only take me to places I've been but I don't remember being here." I asked Sensei who sat on a flat surface rock smoking.  

"It's the place- the dungeon, where you uncovered a piece of history," Chitose answered. "The place is destroyed but what remains of it and the dungeon is here where we are."

"Interesting," I muttered before speaking up. "But that's not the reason I came for." 

"Your tense."

A cool breeze swooped the place which shouldn't be possible but who am I to say that? Then a smell covered my nostrils... It smells sweet yet it doesn't. Like-

"Come and sit with me. The tea is almost ready." Chitose waved his hands at the floor and out appeared two tea cups and a steaming tea kettle. "Let this old man help your tense mind."

Walking to the available space the flat rock provided, I sat down next to the ex-Hokage. Said ex-Hokage picked up the brewing tea and handed me a tea cup and poured some tea. While it is hot, it is not harmful to my hands but rather comforting.
