Joe let out a sigh of relief when the laptop finally locked itself, he placed a hand on Ella's shoulder, "maybe Evan was hiding more than he let on," Joe shrugged. Looking around his room once more, "did you try Laylas birthday?" He questioned, "they seemed to be close," he muttered. Shoving his hands into his pockets. Joe stepped back from her slightly when she slammed the laptop closed, "hey, Ella, your going to be no use to Evan angry," he said quietly.
Joe crushed Evans phone, but.. he could send a message from Evan.. he would have to hope the phone still functions. But maybe it would ease her worries, and make Evan out to be a douche. A dead douche.
Joe returned her smile, "you don't have to make anything up to me," he replied, "I just want to help you," he smirked, "and find Evan,"
Joe took the laptop carefully, he had it, he would destroy it.

'What?!'
"What?" Joe questioned, "oh, I mean, I gave him a lot to do before we left, so maybe-" Joe was cut off by her again, 'shit! She's not letting this go- and I can't- the ping will be even stronger in Mooneys!'
"Ella maybe we should jus-" he watched her leave the room. Looking down at the laptop, he felt his rib twinge with pain, using his free hand to rub the spot, it was like his body was punishing him. He groaned quietly, following after Margo, giving him a small, awkward, white man wave.
"Thank you,"
'For the sex eyes you gave me before, I'll never forget you,' he thought sarcastically as he followed Ella down the road.
"Ella slow down!" He called out.

Joe was sweating, and he couldn't take the sweater off because he didn't have a shirt on underneath, which wasn't helping his smell. He just wanted a shower and a sandwhich. And Ella. He groaned to himself when they reached Mr Mooneys faster then he could think of a plan. Entering the quiet bookstore. By the looks of things, Ethan was getting ready to close. Earlier then Joe would have let him.

Joe swallowed, his Adam's apple moving as he gave Ella an awkward smile.
'Whyyyy wound you tell him I said that?!'
"I mentioned.. how you dabble in electronic stuff around the shop," he mumbled. God he needed an ice pack for his whole body. Joe reluctantly let her pull the laptop from his grasp.

Joe shot Ethan a close lipped smile, "always Ethan," he muttered politely, watching as Ella pushed the laptop onto the counter. Joe let out a quiet breath,
'Ethan I could kiss you,'
"What? Why not?" Joe questioned, copying Ella's concern.
Though he was so so grateful, he needed that laptop gone, how it was mysteriously going to break was another question. "You heard her Ethan, the girl wants your help,"

'Agh... Blythe.. it was always Blythe'

Joe rolled his eyes, "well dammit Ethan, I didn't know Blythe was your mom," he scoffed, "does she make you ride in the backseat to?" He questioned, his face turning from one of anger to disgust. 'I didn't need to know that- and now I'm picturing it... kill me'
"Firstly... Ethan, to much info," Joe knew Ethan was always one to share to much, that of which he was usually on the receiving end of hearing.
Joe looked at Ella, and raised his eyebrows, "guy thing" he mumbled, watching Ethan ignore the laptop and grab his things.

Joe shrugged, "well we tried," before he turned to Ella who was staring at him, "what?" Joe questioned, watching Ethan, "you owe me," he whispered.
'What are you doing?! You can't actually help her!'
Joe blocked Ethan's path, working up the courage to say what he was about to say, "ah- if you do this.. if you miss your.. Star Wars night, I will.. I-"
'Spit it out Joe!'
"I'll come to your- the- improv night," Joe let out,
Ethan smirked, "really? With Blythe because she loves them,"
Joe smiled, "of course!" Be voice was an octave higher then it needed to be. "I would.. love nothing more.."
'Then to throw a brick at her head yeah,'
