Joe sighed as he shrugged off his shirt in his apartment, wincing as the dried blood on his skin peeled from his shirt, "agh," he groaned, throwing it to the floor and admiring the wound seeping down his skin, he let out a frustrated groan, his jaw was slightly gently swollen, and he really had to stop showing up to work beaten up. Joe undid his belt, slowly pulling off his pants and grabbing a rag to try and clean the blood, a tear of pain dripping down his cheek as he clenched his jaw. His teeth chattering as he tightly wound his wounds with gauge and a bandage, cursing to himself, he showered, ate and packed a few things for Ella, by the time he finished up the sun was already shining and he was exhausted. Joe sighed, what was he going to do, how could he mess up so badly, he rubbing his face gently, gently swinging the backpack over his shoulder and heading downstairs,
Joe took his time getting to work, he stopped by Ella's apartment to grab her some fresh clothes, exploring her home once more, he missed her already, but she was ok, she was safe in his cage.
Joe unlocked the doors to Mr Mooneys, keeping the sign on closed before unlocking the basement doors, swallowing as he took each step down the stairs slowly, he could see Ella, she was laying there, awake, and her head was bleeding (his bad)
"Good your awake," he smiled, making his way over to the side box, dropping his bag on the ground and pulling out water and a bag of pretzels, sliding them into the box and closing the small door, "I thought you might be hungry," he said quietly, eyeing her as if she was the most beautiful woman in the world, he forgave her, he did. And he would trust her again, and they would live happily ever after, get married, have children, it would be perfect. He waited for her to take the food before opening the door back up and sliding her clothes through, "I hope you don't mind I stopped by your apartment, couldn't have you getting cold," he said quietly, closing the door. Once more, he placed the bag down near the chair she once sat on. The glass was clean now, he took the chance to clean up when she was unconscious. He eyed her, "don't be afraid, we- we've spent so much time together, you should trust me," he sighed, moving to the lockers, he took the small cat statue that was once in his apartment out of his jacket pocket, placing it into the box. He eyed the laptop hidden down the bottom, pulling it out, pieces fell from it, but he held it up, walking back over to Ella, "this- this wasn't meant to break you know, Ron, that asshole, he broke it, and if he wasn't an ex cop I'd have killed him already," he sighed, "like Amy, see Amy.. she was- trustworthy, she knows, she knows everything, and I let her go, she's off in London somewhere living her best life. I didn't hurt her, and we loved each other until she fell out of it," he sighed. Sitting in the floor in front of Ella, "it's so funny, actually, Evan, had all these letters for you, he was just to much of a pussy to actually send them to you, I'd love to show them, but again, Ron," he muttered, pulling out the pocket knife from his backpack, "and this- man.. I didn't think you had it in you," he laughed, "but you got my deep, good aim to.. your lucky YouTube has tutorials on everything, even how to mince up cow meat.. which proved pretty hand for Marco," he muttered, "I want you," he said quietly, placing a busted hand against the glass, "your so beautiful, and so special, your here, with me, and I love you," he smiled, "I know your angry, and I know your scared, but you have no reason to be, you know me.. inside and out, and I know you," he smiled, "and I want nothing more then for you to be happy, oh I almost forgot," he pointed to the bucket in the corner, "if you need to pee," he smirked, tapping the glass with his hand, before pulling himself up slowly, a low pained groan leaving his body, "I'll be back after lunch ok?"
He pointed to his own forehead, "you should clean that up, looks bad," he quickly smirked, winking at her before moving to head upstairs.
