Life is finally settling down, the tour ends, and they're back in L.A. Maddie and Billie think their lives are calm, but they never thought about how hard it would be to plan a wedding, and they never realized how much their schedules would...
Holden and I have been in Paris for two days now and I'm having a lot of fun. My manager also came with me on this trip and today I am shooting with Vogue France. Two Vogue shoots in one month, Who am I?
It's about 2 right now and I'm finishing up the shoot, there's a fashion show tonight but Holden and I are leaving a little early to do our own photoshoot, I've been looking forward to this since the second he brought it up.
Billie and Jesse have been letting the public KNOW that she and I aren't together anymore and I just feel stupid really. It just feels like a huge punch in the face and I feel disrespected. If Billie had any kind of respect for me as a person or even as an ex, she wouldn't pop out with someone 6 days later.
Dani also texted me right after she saw the pictures and I hate that's how I found out because I was finishing up my shoot with Vogue, but Dani texted me and I looked on Instagram and I saw that. I just thought that was disgusting honestly.
Dani and I have been talking a lot more since then, to be fair, Dani was Billie and I's mutual friend. She saw this relationship form. It feels like I have no one to talk to about this either.
I don't want to talk to Holden about it because I kissed him and now there's sexual tension between us and I don't want to ruin what's there with my issues. Claudia is Billie's brother's girlfriend. I just don't want her to repeat what I say and then she tells Finneas and then Finneas tells Billie.
I also have a whole team now and that's a great feeling as well, but I haven't bonded with anyone enough to actually sit down and have a conversation with anyone. I also really don't trust therapists in L.A. because anyone would sell a story for a quick check.
Sofie (manager)
After the shoot is over, you immediately need to head back to the hotel which will take roughly 30 minutes, Holden is going to meet you there for pictures. The fashion show starts at 5. Be there at 4, and stay for at least an hour. Then you can do what you want with Holden.

Even though I was really close with Kenzie and she was my friend, I like how professional Sofie is with everything. I know she cares about me and wants the best for my career, but she's my manager before she's my friend. With Kenzie towards the end, it felt like she was just my manager.
We finish up the shoot and I get an Uber back to the hotel, I tend to stay off Instagram now because of the thought that I would see something related to Billie even though I want to know what she's doing. I just hate that she's airing this to the public right away.
She didn't want a public relationship with me right away so why would she jump into this with absolutely no hesitation?

I get back to the hotel and Holden is waiting outside for me, we walk up to the room together. They immediately started doing my makeup and started running me through how this show was going to go. They do this before every show, even though they're all the same.
We got hair and makeup done and my stylist said that what I wanted to wear for Holden was fine for fashion week, so I just put that on. The dress is latex so it did take a moment for me to get into it.
We took the elevator down to the lobby but there were stairs leading down to the street, Holden offered me his arm and I held on to him as we walked down to the car.
Holden: "You look so good."
Maddie: "Thank you." I smiled.
The event space wasn't too far away and we got there in no time, Holden and I walked the carpet together but no one batted an eye at that. Holden and I aren't together, but Billie has made it very apparent that she's already in another relationship so why would people care what I do?
We walk in and we walk over to the bar right away. Holden is 21, but the legal drinking age is 18, so I'm going to have some champagne.
When I was with Billie obviously, I never looked at Holden as more than a friend. I didn't, I don't know what was different about the day in New York. Ever since Billie and I broke up he's just been there for me, and he hasn't tried to make a move or even tried to talk about it. It's not because he's scared, it's because it's a new topic and he wants to be respectful.
I never realized how good Holden looked either, his button-down shirt hugging his arms just right. His silver chain peeking out from said shirt, the way the shirt is rolled, the way he looks me up and down, the way his bottom lip gets pulled between his perfect teeth when he's trying to fight a smile.
Maddie: "Truth or dare."
Holden: "Truth." He leaned against the counter and took a drink.
Maddie: "Why'd you kiss me if you knew I was engaged?" I asked it in a daring way.
Holden: "I wanted to, and I want you."
Maddie: "You want me huh?"
Holden: "So bad."
Holden: "Truth or dare."
Maddie: "Truth."
Holden: "Why'd you kiss me if you were engaged?"
Maddie: "I wanted to."
I see his eyes look down at my lips and back up, I smirked.
Maddie: "I'd kiss you again if there weren't so many people."
Holden: "I'll hold you to that." He clinked his glass with mine.
...
We stayed at the fashion show for two hours, and I can't lie, we're both a little tipsy. Holden convinced someone to give us roof access so we could take our pictures, and that's exactly what we did.
It took us about 30 minutes before we got the pictures, I walked over to him to look at his camera. I didn't realize how tired I was until my head hit his shoulder. I wrapped my arms around him as he scrolled through the pictures.
Holden: "You like these?"
Maddie: "Mhm."
Holden: "You tired?"
Maddie: "Mhm."
Holden: "Let's get back to the hotel."
I looked up at him, my eyes were focused on his lips.
Holden: "If you wanna kiss me, kiss me."
Maddie: "Lean down."
Holden laughed and lowered his lips to mine, The kiss started softly but it escalated quickly. His hand started cupping my face, and then it eventually ended up cupping my ass. My hands were pulling him closer to me even though our bodies were flush against each other.
We both pull away trying to catch our breath.
Holden: "I could never get tired of kissing you."
I smiled at kissed him again.
