Life is finally settling down, the tour ends, and they're back in L.A. Maddie and Billie think their lives are calm, but they never thought about how hard it would be to plan a wedding, and they never realized how much their schedules would...
It's been almost a week since Maddie found everything out, and even though I've been wanting to tell her everything, and have been battling with it. I still didn't tell her everything. Even though Finneas and I are arguing, and I do still think he's in the wrong, I have to see this out with the label. Despite my album being mastered, I'm still on thin ice. Seeing Maddie wasn't the best idea for my career.
My contact has still been limited with her because, to the world, I'm still with Jesse. I think I need to talk to him honestly, I know that he isn't with me for real. But I also feel like I need to tell him, he may tell the label because I'm jeopardizing his album too.

Jesse is on his way over here because he wants to play me a song that may make it on his album. I've seen him one time since seeing Maddie and I feel disgusted even being around him.
It didn't take him long to get to my house, and when he sat down, he patted the cushion next to him and I took the seat.
Jesse: "How's my superstar?"
Billie: "I'm doing okay, you?"
Jesse: "Doing good, but I'll be doing better because if this song gets finalized, the album is done."
Billie: "Really?"
Jesse: "Yes. Finally, it feels so good to be at the finish line."
Billie: "Tell me about it." I smiled.
We talked for about 30 minutes, we would've talked longer but my phone started ringing. The phone was on the table and Jesse could see that it was Maddie calling me.
Maddie never calls me so I immediately assume that it's important.
I excuse myself and I answer the call.
Billie: "Hello?"
Maddie: "Billie, I need you to take Milo to the vet."
Billie: "Why is everything okay?"
Maddie: "I'm not sure, I'm in Malibu for a shoot, I'm gone for the night. The dog sitter texted me and said that Milo needs to go to the vet."
Billie: "Dog sitter? Why didn't you just have me watch them?"
Maddie: "No time for questions, just please go get her."
