Chapter 22: Divine and Conquer

Sehki pinched Calypsa's cheeks, waking her enough to strike her staff forward to create a shield as she yelled Scutum to stop a Void about to crash into the vehicle.

"Scrotum," Rigal asked, pinning his arm over her shoulder. "After this, we could play with that and my magic wand."

Sehki's annoyed glare led him to open the door and pick up a stick, pulling her away to focus.

"Do you mind?"

"Hey alpha-wail, go protect your pack," pointing to several of his fraternity members under attack.

"Oh shit," blasting wind from behind to propel themselves towards his college home. Calypsa forced Xia to actually pay the driver, leaving Sehki alone to find Ainsley struggling to protect their own dorm while bandaged up.

They were controlling a golem of earth to smack away some Voids while someone splashed water on them from behind to drink

"Prince Sehki?"

"Bethany? You stayed behind?"

"Of course, I'd never abandon Ainsley!"

"Where were you," the Earth heir demanded.

"Out of the town to stop one attack, we didn't know there was another one," using his new gear to try and smack a few away. "Taylor's not even helping?"

"Look," pointing to him punching and kicking magic blasts of water at each of them. Alongside him were three ladies, one smacking her briefcase and turning her legs into a beast's to kick some away, the other two not fending as well.

"A Constain formed out of a Corvus StellArt student," trying to hurl rocks at the flying void with sharp claws, who they warned was faster and more dangerous in the night than most avian themed warriors. "I can't just summon up a mountain to attack them."

Sehki tried to analyze the situation. "Voids feed off magic," spotting the helicopter, Sven attempting to fight them off, Bodin and Candy. "Ainsley, can you contact Taylor and ask him to wait for my signal? Candy, Bodin, I'll need your help, follow me. If you don't mind."

"Why should I trust you?"

Urgh, breathe Shemar. Lives matter more, appeal. He bowed. "I'm sorry for hurting you. I need the help of you and your inner circle to create a masterpiece of a plan. Help me draw the means to victory!"

Bethany nodded in approval, pointing to the trio of students the Corvus Constain had in it's mouth.

"Fine," making a call. "Taylor. Look, just listen. I know, but. Our parents will see you, isn't that what you want? Okay," hanging up, shielding them all from their metallic wings. "Go!"

"You two, follow me." He waved down to the newscopter, getting them to dive down.

"Prince Sehki?"

"Hi, um, long story, get me to House Poseidon, I have a way to stop," pointing to the Constain attacking several people. "Just make sure I don't fall, my upper body strength is extremely weak!"

He heard them debating over it, growling. "Look, you can argue about my parents being bad makes me bad, but I'd rather you report about no students dying, than several students dying! Please, let's go!"

One of the crew wearing a Triangulum constellation logo on their shirt summoned a triangular platform for him to stand on as he held onto the landing skids, flying towards Taylor's hands as his fellow heir had several people shooting water at them to no avail, only making the ravenoid creature target him.

Annoyed, Taylor wrapped water around himself and fired themselves off like a jet. "I hope you have a plan you wimp," pointing to the Corvus' feathers injuring others.

He grabbed a microphone, charging up the magic for another Cosmic Burst, even though he was clear his pool wasn't fully recovered. "Candy, when I reach his wings, go Ursa! Bodin, draw an animal sturdy enough to catch them!"

His stomach spiraled. "I hope I could pull this off," throwing the mic back, barely able to swing off the skis. The Corvus pivoted from targeting Taylor to flying at him, dropping their prey in pursuit. Sehki formed the Cosmic Whip and swung it at the diving crow's mouth.

Oh god, screaming as he was dragged airborne, barely able to swing around the head while Bodin's ink hawks were able to catch the trio, which broke down, almost missing Candy's ice slide.

Sehki barely managed to hold on before falling, needing Bodin's art animals to catch him. "Taylor! Hurry!"

"Don't order me around!" He dived struck Corvus from behind, who retaliated with a vicious feather storm that began slicing through the stream of water surrounding Taylor, preventing him from getting closer.

"Dang it, my Cosmic Bursts can't do much if this far," trying to shoot a fireball which rarely traveled the size of his body. Recalling earlier, he calmly tried growing earth magic around his leg, covering his shoes.

This time, he dropped the fireball down, kicking it airborne and briefly got the beast's attention. Taylor wrapped himself in water and jettisoned down as the Corvus was about to swing down feathers that would poke holes through their chest.

Poke, Pokemon, Aqua Jet, Ice, that's it! "Candy, fire as much ice blasts around Taylor, quick!" Her whimpering didn't help. "Hurry, I believe in you so believe in yourself!"

She closed her eyes, firing several ice shards that froze Taylor inside of his water stream, forming a frozen missile crashing into the Corvus and driving the Constrain straight into the ground.

"It worked," hugging her. "Candy, you're amazing!"

"Th-thank you."

Taylor emerged, his head spinning while trying to pose as the Void essence disappeared. "See, only someone born in Coastrosity Coalition could pull that off," slapping himself back to normal.

Rigal and Xia managed to drive the others towards Umbra Sanctuary. Sehki and Ainsley's circle followed them, getting them to follow them along the way while seeing the Voidvoks retreat inside.

"Why are they going back there?"

All of the heirs turned to Sehki.

"Seriously, I'm fighting them with you, are you braindead?"

Taylor smacked him with a fist filled with water.

"You told them to freeze me? Fine, I'll flood you, them, and your stupid dorm house in one blow!"
