Xia elbowed Sehki in the chest, spinning him around and hurling him away from Calypsa before she prepped up her fireball spike.

"You've tainted my friends far enough you traitorous scum!"

Enhancing his leg with rubble and darkness after flatulence boosting himself forward, his teeth grated as he kicked it back, pushing Xia back. Calypsa claimed she could handle it, but the flame heir rushed in alongside her.

"I don't need our family's stepping in," having taken the supporter's cards and burning them alive. "We'll get you back for the suffering you caused us for eight years!"

Calypsa sighed as Sehki's shadow barely saved him from getting pushed up, swung at, thrown, and grabbed by his shadow to push them both back, twirling it back and forth to parry the constant barrage of rapid phoenix fire and Serpens venom spray.

He swung onto platforms with constant fire pits.

"Sorry, I'm not into threesomes with abusers!"

She stomped on the ground, activating them while spreading her own fixed powers, igniting the flaming panels with pillars, punching a stream of fire. Sehki weaved a black wall and dived back to escape the blazing torrent, yet she dashed through the flames.

Her body spun, consuming his shock and heat all into the vortex she created, gripping the veins from her system before winding and heaving her whole body as she flung the fiery spiral at him.

Flight and fright swelled from the sweat, rubble, heat, and spiral from his limbs and chest. Shadow whips forged in his hands, rotating counterclockwise with enough fire and water to blast a sphere of steam.

He jumped into the opening, praying this would work as he focused his fire energy into his shadow claws, generating a vacuum wave expanding the eye of her storm, pushing his training to weave and shield the pain with his own body heat expunging from his mouth.

So he found a way to counter fire with shadow magic. You're almost there, Calypsa thought.

Xia jumped straight into the flames, punching him towards the burning walls. Not surprised, he used the remaining size of the dark soul to make the Victory Rider Shadow appearance around his torso and head.

When she clapped her hands together to smash him down, he dived down and launched himself upward with a wind-enhanced flatulence, sending them rising through the vortex.

He tanked and countered her rapid fists with his own defense palm thrusts, weaving away some of the flames and impact, constantly exchanging blows with each other until they reached the top of the fleeting vortex.

She went for a final face smash when his doppelganger took the hit, leading him to wrap it around her arm, and pulling her back in for a onyx fist blasting her back onto a phoenix float. The spiral dispersed with Sehki relieved to not have to endure the pain anymore.

"You're nuts," coughing and wheezing. "But you aren't the strongest heir for nothing."

"How are you keeping up with me?"

"Being resilient has its perks. I survived your last kill fail, didn't I," he teased.

That hot headed anger, now wrathfully thinking of her father's response to such anger, eased into her mouth.

Xia energetically summoned enough heat from the quick aura around her, creating a fireball twice the size of a normal fae-humanoid, kissing it as she hurled it with both hands.

"Then show everyone how resilient you really are!"

Cree, combating Rigal and Taylor, and most of his allies had a collective agreement.

"Get out of there!"

He considered it until his pumped more energy, expanded the mass of his shadow's claws and catched it. He howled in agony trying to lift the fireball away.

His body was giving into the suffocating pressure of the southern bird. His head almost gave in when the flames from the night he and Flint got separated, scorching his heart. His muscles yelled with the scream of his destruction, propelling the fireball into the sky.

The contestants, spectators and announcers shared dead silence. A drone appeared in front of him, barely mustering a thumbs up. So close to getting what he needed to find his brother, he stared at Xia.

The flames of regret and love were much stronger than hers.

She responded well.

"My strength rivals the godly heroes! How did you survive that? What...who are you?!"

He pointed to the scars she gave him, laughing as his body emerged from the smoke.

"Your devil!"

Xia's confidence shattered as he dived down to the cloud floor she landed on, only to morph inside his own darkness and land on top of her, jumping off and catching a battered Cree.

"Ouch, okay, two vs one is a bit of a challenge," as the other heirs and Calypsa weren't too behind. "Time for that?"

With a nod, Sehki's shadow wrapped around Cree's body, who blew up towards the sky, taunting them all to fire their attacks. Though Rigal and Taylor fell for the bait, Xia was broken by her former friend's smile, constantly lodging fireballs Cree redirected into the sky.

Hopping and sprinting through the higher platforms, while forming the gun shape with the other parts of his shadow to fire the respective element against another attacks, and to others randomly in the sky.

The sound of thunder herald the sudden blackening of the sky when rain poured down. Taylor started using that to expand his Volan Jet, but Cree blew Sehki higher in the air before throwing his staff at him.

Sehki caught it, morphing part of his shadow into four barrels wrapped at the one of the hilts when a blue spark came flying towards him.

"Let the thunderclap herald your demise!"

The burst of thunder clapped down to the metal staff. Sehki's darkness helped him endure the shocking power around his body as he kicked the might of the thunderclap through the barrels. Each one smashed through the heavens at all four heirs.

Bodin's paint shield barely saved Ainsley after the blue bolt pierced their golem, Delphine jumped too late when Taylor's entire defense overwhelmed and paralyzed him, Rigal was barely able to catch it while Mace was fried stopping it, and Xia pushed Calypsa out of the way as she bit her lip burning her attempts to endure the blast of lightning.

"All five heirs have been electrified," as Sehki raced on the makeshift hoverboard past them all. "They're nearing the end! Who will win this race?"
