It was Yuriko's first solo mission and she was very excited; her first mission to exorcise a potential Grade-2 curse.

But Satoru and Nanami were dead against it.

"You can't fucking send her alone".

"I don't think that's sensible, she's pretty new."

Principal Yaga sighed in defeat. "You two have your own missions, we need her to be able to handle these missions on her own. She's more than capable, it's barely a Grade-2."

"Uhh, did you forget about that psycho? What if he shows up again?" Satoru was bickering unreasonably and Principal Yaga finally let him have it, "Sure! Do you want to go with her? Fine. What about your missions? DO YOU WANT ME TO GO ON YOUR MISSIONS, SATORU?"

Satoru just rolled his eyes like all that yelling wasn't for him.

"🎶I like this mission, it's my first solo mission🎶" Yuriko softly happy-hummed as she exited Jujutsu High, "🎶I can do whatever I want to. I can exorcise however I want to, yay yay🎶"

"Wow, aren't you very excited for this." Her head whipped towards the source of the voice, "GOOMI!" She went up to him and gave him a warm hug, "you came to see me off for my first solo mission??" Her eyes sparkled.

"No" he coughed before looking away, "I came to submit my application".

"Oh," a small pout formed on her face, "well, good luck then."

"Be careful," she heard him grumble, "come back alive."

He did come to see her before she left.

"Okay." She smiled.

*meanwhile, on a fucking beach somewhere*

"Ahhh, this is so tiresome." Geto Suguru sighed.

"What are you so tired with?" Jogo was also lounging on the beach with him.

"I wonder how Yuriko is doing," Geto looked at the blue skies, "say, did I really love her very much?"

"Blinded," Jogo rolled his eyes, "you wanted to marry her."

"Oh..." his thumb caressed his chin, "do you think she'll notice?"

"The stitches on your forehead?" Jogo asked and he nodded, "if she's as sharp as they say she is, she'll know you're not Suguru, in a second. She's lived with you for a while, you know..."

"But even if she knows I'm not really him, do you think she'll walk away from me?" Geto asked and Jogo thought about it for a minute, "that depends."

"On what?"

"If she likes someone else."

"Oh, we can't have that." Geto shook his head, "she's my only weapon against Gojo Satoru, which means that her weaknesses must always be Geto Suguru. That can't change."

"But you're not really him, Kenjaku. You just have his body."

"I'm aware." He said, "she doesn't have to be."

"So, you're saying that as long as she's not over you, she won't leave?"

"It's as simple as it sounds." Suguru laughed, "now, let's go see what she's doing? Oh, she must have missed me so much."
