Hey heyyyy, last chapter of fluffy stuff before we get back to crying.

"Baby, come here," Yuriko called.

Sayuri gave Satoru the stink eye when she realised that he was running to her as well.

"Dude, this child hates me or something." Satoru scoffed, making Yuriko and Megumi laugh.

Sayuri was a daddy's girl but she was super possessive of her mother. Her little cheeks would puff up every time she saw Megumi close to her and she'd bite Satoru's nose every time he tried to kiss Yuriko.

Megumi and the other kids adored her. She always smelled like baby powder and milk cereal.

"Are you sure you like me?" Satoru picked her up and her small hands with the rolls held his shirt. As territorial as she was with her mother, she loved Satoru. She kissed his face and he instantly gave in, "you're such a smart little nugget. You know how to get me to melt."

He pulled her away when she tried to eat his nose again, "we went over this a few million times but let's do it again. My nose isn't food and I don't have boobies." Satoru was almost scared of being shirtless around her and the first time Yuriko saw her daughter chase Satoru at god's speed when she saw his pecs, she couldn't stop laughing.

"Do you want to go for a stroll with me, cutie?" And she flew towards Megumi at the speed of light, "why don't we hang out for a while so your Mama and Father can have breakfast." He was making sure her first words were mama and not calling his boneheaded teacher. "Now say bye to mama and father."

"Hey, what was that?" Satoru was picking a fight with him, "don't mess with my daughter's first words."

"It's going to be mama." Megumi retorted.

"It's not going to be mama, it's going to be-"

"FATHEERRR."

"Wow, that's really mean, Fushiguro!" Yuji and Nobara came to check up on her.

Sayuri was startled from their bickering. Her big eyes pooled with tears as she looked at her mother for help.

"Oh, my baby..." she rushed to help her and Sayuri sniffled as she tightly held onto her mother, "you guys are scaring her!"

"But you two look adorable together, let me take a video," Satoru pulled his phone out as his daughter calmed down, "I'm sorry, my love. Mama's here to save you from the big angry men." She giggled along with her kid and Satoru almost cried with how cute they were.

"Mama..."

The whole house fell silent.

"Huh?" Yuriko looked at her daughter with wide eyes, "did you just say..."

"HER FIRST WORD!"

"DID YOU GET IT ON CAMERA?"

"HOW CUTE IS SHE??!"

"SHE'S LIKE A LITTLE CUPCAKE."

"OH, MY HEART~"

Sayuri finally began crying and Yuriko sighed, "okay, guys. She's too small to handle your chaotic energy."

"NOOOOO!"

Satoru made sure he was around to witness everything, from her first steps, to her first word, to her first spy game with Megumi and the other kids.

"Stop growing up so soon, moonpie."

"Dada..." she fumbled with her words.

"Yes, baby?"

"Chockies"

"Mama's gonna beat my ass if I give you more sweets." He convinced her to drop the idea, "you already have a sugar rush, we've played your favourite spy game thrice already and you're still so energetic."

She pouted through her fluffy cheeks but her attention soon shifted towards the door as Yuriko opened it for her godfather.

"MAMAMIIIIII", her wobbly legs took off towards the door.

When Nanami first encountered the Gojo child, he didn't know how to react. But when her small hands held his tie, he knew he was going to protect her with all his life.

"Hello, there," he picked her up and she squealed in his arms, "did he give you too much sugar again?"

"Mamamiii~" she cooed and he melted into his shoes, "I heard you can talk now." He said, "can you tell me your name?"

"Yeah." She giggled, "Goju."

Yuriko almost jumped in joy when she heard that, "oh, my god." She whisper yelled.

"She's adorable." Nanami looked at Yuriko with the same soft eyes, "you've done a wonderful job."

"Hey, I'm here too!" Satoru waved from the couch he was on.

"You've done a wonderful job in making sure she's not growing up like him", he corrected himself.

"Thanks for coming over, Nanami," Satoru said as he put his blindfold on and Sayuri instantly knew that he was leaving. She struggled out of Nanami's arms and ran towards her father with tears in her eyes.

"Sweetheart, I can't do this every time. It breaks my heart so much." He picked his daughter up and she wouldn't let go of him. She recognised his shirt with the Jujutsu High buttons and his blindfold. She knew he was going to disappear for a while and she didn't like it. She'd wander around the house looking for him every time he wasn't there. She'd call out to him until she started crying and Yuriko would try her best to distract her. "I'm sorry baby, I have to go." His heart broke every single time he had to leave. He wanted to retire and spend all his time with her but he couldn't. He wasn't allowed to.

"Will you be back for your birthday?" Yuriko asked as she took Sayuri from his arms.

"I'll try my best, love. You know I really want to." He kissed Yuriko.

"Stay safe," she gave him a small hug, "call me if you need anything."

"Be a good girl, Yuri," he kissed his daughter's forehead, "daddy loves you."

He was devastated every time he had to leave them. He was also very worried. Paranoid almost. He asked Nanami to come over, at least until Megumi returned from his mission.

Nanami saw the groceries in the kitchen and put them away. He also made lunch for Yuriko and himself. He'd missed spending time with her. He smiled to himself, thinking about how nice it would've been if it worked out for him instead. His thoughts were broken when he heard Yuriko call out to him.

"Kento Senpai..." Sayuri was already sleeping, tired from all the crying. Yuriko looked a little disturbed as she set her down in her rocking chair. "Is it just the three of us here?"

"Is everything alright, Yuriko?" He asked. He knew she'd sensed something amiss.

"I think you should take Sayuri and go to Jujutsu High right away."

"Why would you say that?" His nerves began to tense a little as he realised what she was talking about. He was also taken aback with how sharp her senses were. He harshly swallowed as his eyes turned to look at the sleeping child.

"It's a little too quiet in here."
