"Thanks to you trying to heal me with my own cursed energy, Shoko was able to activate my Reverse Cursed Technique." He proudly ruffled the top of her head before turning to face Sukuna, "you wanted to play unfair, right?" His eyes had gone wide as a sadistic smile played on his face, "how about the two of us against you now? I'll beat you out of Megumi this time!" His laugh sounded so evil that Yuriko began doubting if it really was him or if Kenjaku had taken over.

"How are you holding, honey?" His arm went around her to keep her steady. She was trying to replenish her strength while Gojo distracted Sukuna.

Yuta, Maki and Yuji came rushing, too. "SENSEI! You look terrible!"

"YUTA! MAKI! YUJI!" Satoru excitedly spoke to them like he'd awoken from a damn good nap, "good you came! I'm stepping out for a bit to get Yuri to Ieiri. Deal with this!"

"You're too confident about your students, don't you think?" Sukuna's voice rang in the three students' ears as chills ran down their spines.

"Nah, they're cool." He waved at the kids before taking her out of there with his teleportation seal.

"You've done enough, baby. Now get some rest, okay? I'll be back soon" He helped Yuriko sit in Shoko's chair before heading towards Sayuri.

"Now, where is that little dumpling" He pretended to not find her for a few seconds, but when she screeched for him, he could help but instantly pick her up from her bed as she hugged him tight upon seeing him after a long time.

"I know, baby, I missed you too." He kissed her face as she mumbled against his face, "I'm sorry, my baby, daddy loves you too." He brought her back to Yuriko who was being healed by Shoko, "look, mama's alive!" He joked and Yuriko rolled her eyes as Shoko laughed, "yep, we're gonna have to keep your mama alive to keep your daddy alive. What a pain he is, isn't he, Yuriko?"

"I'm glad you're okay," Yuriko softly said and felt his free hand hold her face, his fingers gently caressed her cheek trying to register the fact that she was really alive. "I thought you died on me." His voice was a little shaky, "I couldn't think. Sukuna was right there and I... couldn't think."

"I'm better now." She said as he leaned forward to kiss her forehead.

"I gotta go now, sweetheart. I'll be back for you two very soon." He handed his daughter to Yuriko.

"You'll need me there." Yuriko blankly looked at him while Shoko healed her.

"But we have enough people."

"It's not enough." She said, "you'll understand what I'm saying once you go back there."

And when he went back, he did understand. Yuta and Maki were already severely wounded and Sukuna seemed much stronger than he was before they left, and what's more, he was whipping Yuji's ass.

"What's happening here now..." he got thinking for a second until Yuji came flying in his direction, "GOJO SENSEI, HOW DID YURI SENSEI DEAL WITH HIM ALONE??"

"You're back already, Gojo Satoru?" Sukuna stopped to look at him, "are you ready to die again? She's not around to come running for your help this time."

"Oh, don't you worry about her. She's not going anywhere." Satoru braced himself for the next fight. "I'm your opponent for this one!"

Yuta was too wounded to continue but he still wanted to help, "Sensei-"

"Maki! Yuta! Go to Ieiri this instant and get yourself healed," Gojo smiled when he realised that Yuriko did affect his cursed energy levels, "tell Yuriko that she was right. We might actually need her here."

"Sukuna~ why are you scared of Yuriko?" He sang before facing Sukuna head on. "Does she decrease your cursed energy levels because it's poisonous to you? Does she decrease the potency of your cursed energy? Which one is it??"

"You talk too much for a dead man!" Sukuna was all ready for his second round with Gojo.

Shoko rolled her eyes when Yuta and Maki came in wounded, "you guys need to be a little considerate towards me, I can't keep healing forever, you know."

"But Shoko san, Sukuna is stronger than what we anticipated." Yuta said, "it seems impossible to defeat him now."

"Yuta, there's no point in healing you if we're all dying anyway!" Shoko scolded, "why am I healing you guys then?"

"Yuriko senseiiiii~" Maki almost forgot what Satoru told them, "your zombie boyfriend said they need you there."
