What does Christian's family look like in their werewolf forms?

"Shift in order to hunt?" Christian asked curiously.

"Once in a while we shift in order to get in touch with nature in our wolf forms." His sister Jessie explained. "Even the vampire half of the family participates."

Christian thought back to when he was the cannibal, and remembers what his wolf form was, and can imagine what the others would look like.

"I don't know guys." He said. "My form isn't necessarily good and." He felt nudging from behind. He turned around and came face to face with a brown wolf.

Christian screamed at the top of his lungs when the wolf pounced on him and knocked him onto the ground.

"Ashley." Jessie reprimanded.

Christian stopped struggling. "Ashley?" He asked before looking at the wolf's face and seeing familiar honey-colored eyes gleaming mischievously. The wolf let out a playful growl before licking his face.

Out of nowhere, five wolves with fur coats of different colors are watching in close proximity.

"What?" Christian asked.

Jessie giggled. "Why do you sound surprised?" She asked him.

"I don't understand." He said with Ashley still on top of him. "My wolf form was nothing close to you guys."

"What do you mean?"

"You know, two hind legs, razor sharp teeth and claws and."

A muddled white wolf with piercing blue eyes snarled making him stiffen.

"Are you talking about those monster movies?"

Christian's cheeks are burning red. "Well, yeah."

The wolves placed their paws over their noses and bowed their heads.

"What?" He asked everyone in annoyance.

Jessie opened her mouth when the sound of puppies caught their attention. Everyone looked to the side to see five grey wolf pups accompanied by a big grey wolf with familiar grey eyes.

"Bryan?" The wolf woofed an affirmative. "You're huge." Christian couldn't help saying. The others made moaning sounds.

Jessie shook her head fondly. "Now let's transform as well." Christian pouted making her laugh.

A few minutes later as the pack is heading out, "Why can't I do it?" Christian questioned.

His mom gave him a kind smile. "You are overthinking about it, sweetie. Just relax and imagine yourself in the woods as your inner wolf."

"Okay." He closed his eyes and placed his fingers on his temples. "My inner wolf. Inner wolf." He chanted as he allowed his mind to wander. That's when an image of a werewolf from a Halloween movie popped into his mind, and he snapped his eyes open. "This might take a while."

In the woods, Christian's family are sprinting through trees and shrubbery. They stopped as a red wolf sniffed the air before barking a command. They crouched through the scenery and spotted a deer ahead. They crept as stealthily as they could before hearing a popping sound watched the deer fall to the ground.

"Woo-wee!" A couple hunters ran from their hiding spot and bent down to check out their game.

"We are eating good tonight boy!" The second man said.

"You know it!" The first man took a knife out to begin cutting the fresh carcass when he looked up and jumped. "Holy shit!"

"What?"

"Wolves!" He yelled.

They took their guns out and began firing erratically.

The wolves ran as bullets rain on them, and heard a puppy yelping in pain. Bryan the gray wolf, turned around to help his injured pup.

The muddled white wolf growled before running towards the humans. Half the pack followed as the others guide the cubs to safety.

"That was a close one." One of the men said before screaming when the muddled white wolf jumped out of nowhere and pounced on him.

"Dear Lord!" The wolf is clawing and biting before howling in pain when a bullet hits him on the side and releases him.

"Got you." The other man felt triumphant before the other wolves emerged.

"Shit!" He aimed his gun at the three growling wolves. Before he could pull the trigger, a ginormous figure snuck from behind and placed a big furry paw on his shoulder. He turned around slowly.

"Were. Were." The furry paw covered his face and hoisted him up as he screamed bloody murder before being ripped in half.

The man lying on the ground screamed horrendously with what he witnessed.

The werewolf took a couple steps on his hind legs before stopping with the wolves surrounding him and growling.

With this distraction, the wounded man reached for his gun and is taking aim.

The werewolf roared in pain as bullets scatter all over his body. The wolves turned around and ran and disarmed him with their jaws. The man yelled in pain before losing consciousness.

When it was deemed safe, the wolves turned back to see the werewolf was gone, but a light brown husky puppy stood before them.

It let out a tiny bark followed by a whine.

Sometimes later, Roger hissed in pain as Troy wraps his body with wrapping.

"What were you thinking?" Calvin demanded. "You were fortunate it wasn't a silver bullet, or else you wouldn't be here."

"Like I was going to let that son of a bitch get away with shooting my niece. And I would do it again, despite how dumb and dangerous it is."

Calvin opened his mouth when snoring cut him off. Everyone looked to the source to find Christian sound asleep in his husky form with bandages wrapped around his furry body.

"How long will he be stuck like that?" Sarah asked.

Her mom sighed. "I don't know " she said. "It took a while for him to transform and ended up in that monstrous form. I don't understand why he can't change into a normal wolf."

Jacob patted her on the shoulder. "It's because of all that stuff he watches. So, we'll have him stop seeing those scary movies and see if that helps."

"I hope it works." She said as they watched Jessie's daughter wearing a cast on her right leg happily scratching her uncle's ears.
