"Aeon." My name came out of Sir Eustace's mouth with a definite pause. It was a statement that sounded off its period point at the end and it was my name that made me frown when I met the lecturer's eyes that said they were going to teach me just what a lecture truly was. An unfriendly affair.

"Yes." Was all I could say in a timid voice that gratefully didn't crack in an octave to reveal just what was visible from my nervous ready to repent face.

"Do you know- No. Aeon I'm aware that you use energy all... all the time in a constant manner that's natural to yourself. But! Just because you're not dead or dying when you use your energy doesn't mean it's okay to use your energy until you're panting up blood like the next suffering artist. Okay." The okay was sterner than I thought it needed to be, but I nodded in a silent reply to him.

Sir Eustace hummed and inclined his head towards my first option before he continued with a glow in his eyes. A similar reaction to the students who straightened up around me to pay more attention whilst they took more notes.

Sir Eustace began. "Can I ask why you picked this option to begin with?"

"I felt like it was wrong. The option was too dark for the strange tilting balance of energies hidden in it. When I observed it for a second longer I noticed that there was light in it and the fluttering of insect wings. With my basic knowledge about dungeons and monsters within them I was eager to choose it, because it was the easiest option for me, personally, with its foliage serving as the first shelter in that dungeon."

"I see. You aimed to fight with your advantages and evaluated it as the easiest option for yourself. I won't ask you to explain too much about energy since all of you haven't gotten to learning the basics about the concept of energy in dungeon service yet. So..." The lecturer elongated the last word. Playing with it within his carved mouth with a playful look on his face. A look that called out to us normal people to ask him to play his mischief on us and to tell him we wouldn't mind if it was him who tricked us. As long as he was happy it would make us happy.

I answered softly when after a while he still seemed to be stuck in his own world. His features seemed to frown and we could all see that he wasn't allowed to explain these things in detail to us. Which causes me to raise my hand to play with some energy to explain it to others in my ignorant way without any limits on what I could say. "Energy's all tend to be different. They look different. Smells different. Feels different. And a lot of the time energy has different inbuilt restrictions when you come up to them. Typically a kind of intuition comes in handy when you meet or try to change energy outside or inside yourself."

Every word had everyone else's attention. When I said energy all tends to be different I made various transparent waves in the air that sounded and seemed to be different without visually showing their differences. They could look different so the energy was changed to become visually different with vibrant colours of red, yellow, blue and black. Yet, the sense that they were the same energy that was transparent a minute ago wasn't lost.

I then amplified the smells of the colours that now seemed to glow or pulsate in the air. I raised my hands to pass through them that visually showed how different the energies could be as they splashed, scattered, bounced and rippled around the room in a wider breadth. The restrictions showed them the energies were made to interact with each other pausing as if stuck in the air. Intuition was shown when I cycled through the energies, turning them into a current as they moved by adding and making some parts of the current pass through myself along with every single person in the room. A few even glowed and received their abilities in shocked gasps they gapped into air where their screen likely was.

I didn't stop. I reached my hand into a dungeon of mine that I partially materialised and brought out a few stones that didn't look any different from the usual stones you'd pick outside of the dungeons. I then strategically threw the stones gently at people and energy currents. "Things tend to all be able to translate or act on the same or similar frequencies to the energy. Like these rocks that aren't really that special, but can not only maintain orbit, but process further through the different uses of energy. Some break, some disintegrate, strengthen themselves, send away their shells, internalise their own kiln and so on, through too much, too little, wrong and right energy interactions."

The words flew out of me, rising to a strong singing stream of words at times and at other times my voice formed a soft whisper, as if I shouldn't be saying these secret things of mine let alone showing them to others.

I continued to cycle energy, changing it to different waves that glanced off shoulders or flowed easily through different body parts of people. "Sometimes your own energy is taken without consent or your own intuition leads you down the road until you find that you had no talent for intuition and needed to practise more to just turn your energy off or on, let alone change your energy in some way."

I said a few incoherent words that sounded confusing even to myself as I concentrated on the rocks and energy. I binded them in different amounts to each other and used energy to process them again. Until the previous materials had become strangely connected metal chains or scales, liquids of different hues that Sir Eustace bottled and strange magical gems or glitters. Some powders were even plain, but bottled up my the lecturer with care. I still left a few additional materials to each person in the class. Everyone realised my intention and bottled them up or simply kept them carefully on their person to observe or compare with curious eyes.

Everyone seemed excited to toy with energy and the materials they had. Sir Eustace wasn't an exception, but offered a safer environment to play and a more scientific method to access the materials. He even seemed ecstatic at the possibility of introducing some new people to us that would be overjoyed to test the materials and deliver lectures in a discussion-like environment.

He coughed. "Ahem. Let's go back into discussing the option initial notes before we continue. Aeon's use of energy is very advanced when she places both opposite energies into one beam. Using the dark energy as an insulator and device to allow the light energy to circulate more stably. Usually the two have been assessed to be theoretically and practically impossible to use together without disastrous results. You'd probably be able to tell from the visuals of the changed environment where the dark black energy is, because it looks like a black hole of sorts. But Aeon has focused on its light elements and essentially made a relationship between the two. Now the dark rocks suck only the light in and will probably need to be further assessed after the examination has finished. How can the splotch of darkness keep meat? Can it keep meat? All need to be taken into consideration."

The talk continued onto the various changes in environment lecture that we previously had was further built upon. Finally, Sir Eustace ended it all with accessing my desert shelter to be the best built with how I'd successfully made a new material out of things found in the habitat. My underwater shelter was the worst built, but was very sturdy and offered one of the most practical takes on the task by showing a clear focus on producing an oxygen rich environment underwater. Although, it wasn't executed as well as it could have been and that I needed to share more attention to other aspects to help the dolls survive like other people in the class had. Apparently my first option shelter was excessive in its survivability and I should have time managed better to have more time on my third option.

The discussions on initial notes ended and no one's alarm was set off meaning we didn't lose any more dolls or shelters during the time we spent talking. We didn't look back at the shelters until someone's was either destroyed or passed through the midpoint of the weather cycles.

It didn't take long for Sir Eustace's friends to come and analyse the things I made. Everyone was happily surprised and many people made some money by selling certain materials that they were interested in that I've already gifted them with.

By the time they were finished I was already asleep in a bed I made on the floor of the room ready to see what would happen in the options after the night. One night in this room equated to about a month in the option.
