Muron's POV
As my daughter and her friend ascended the stair case, I knew choas awaited me.

In this room was two women I loved and cherished very much; one my wife and the other my mother, both queens in their own rights.

I had no intention of taking them both on at once, so the moment my mom attempted to speak (I expected her to make first attempt).

I asked her to please allowed me and my wife a bit of privacy. Of course she didn't want to go but she went anyway.

After my mom left I went to sit in a chair next to my wife. She got up and took another seat intentionally putting space between us.

I could hear her heart pounding intensely against her chest. I heard every breath she took and every time she swallowed. I have never sense this emotion in my wife. What was this, fear?

I kept my distance as I didn't want to aggravated her anymore. Leona was upstairs with Yash and I didn't want to alarm her.

I stoodied studying her every move in detailed, her speech remained absent.

"Yashshauna you know I would never hurt you right."

"Knew", she said. "At this point, I am not sure anymore."

"Why would you think that?", i asked her confused.

"Do you even know what your blood as caused?", she asked.

"Yes it gave you a special child, What because you she is not human,  she is no longer good enough for you"

"What? Of course not. I love Yash and I wil continue to love her. Besides this is not her fault. This is yours. This is information you should of presented before I got married to you."

"What so you have no secrets Yashshauna?"

"Not like this. This isn't just any secret. You must ingest blood to survive.  You are not meant to be alive. You are a walking abomination", she said.

Her words burned like fire against dried leaves and just for that second I loved it.

I ran towards her in full vampire speed, I took her up out of the chair in which she sat. I exposed my fangs and spoke.  "You too will become this abomination of which you speak." Then intentionally aimed for her neck.

A flash of white light penetrated my eyes. My wife which was once in my arms vanished and before me stood just a shadow. Her eyes reflected a deep oceanic blue the way my wife's eyes did. Her blue hair flown majestically, I was enchanted by its beauty. The being before me was indeed a beauty. I had never see this creature in all my 200 years on earth but if it didn't produce my wife today would be the last anyone would ever see it.

"What have you done with my wife?", I asked sternly. But she refused to answer me.  With each step I took forward, it took steps backwards. Or so I thought, as when I looked upon it's feet. She was walking in mid-air.

"Where is my wife?", I asked again.

"The wife you attacked moments ago", she said.

Guilty overtook me, my head bowed a bit. "I love my wife", I said to her. "But who I am, what I am, I sometimes loose control of my anger."

"So this waa what awaited our off-spring?", she said.

I looked up and saw the shadow spinning around. My wife was revealed as the creature grounded itself.

"What are you?", I said to her.

"This isn't about me?", she responded.

"Well it should be, you are such a hypocrite", I said as I walked into the living room leaving her in the dining area.

Or so I thought because when I got there she was already in there sitting waiting on me.

"I know, I know this is alot", she said. "But so is your thing. You was just about to kill me."

"Kill you, no I was about to change you."

"Well either way. That wasn't your choice to make", she said.

I looked upon her as tears welded up into my eyes, threatening to spill over onto my cheeks. Her heart beat was calm, her brows furrowed. She rested her hand upon my cheek.

"I don't  know how but as long as we love each other, we will make it work some how. Besides we are family."

...................................................................................

"Well good, now that, that little issue is out the way. Stand so I may looked upon the future queen", said my mother as she pulled my wife from the couch

"Hey be gentle with her", I said to my mother.

"Where did she come from?", asked Yashshauna.

"My guess is as good as yours", I responded.

"Hmmm you will be a fine queen indeed", she said as she walked circles around my wife.

"Queen", asked my wife.

"Ignore her when she is excited she rambles."

"I see, babe I just realized. We have our work cut out for us", my wife said.

"What do you mean?", I asked her.

She pointed to our daughter at the door. "Oh, as if it wasn't already hard enough", I said as I hold my arms up to embrace her. Like usual Yash ran into my arms.

Today ended with me learning my wife wasn't exactly human. What she is I don't know  but I was willing to learn.
My daughter is bound to be the best of both halls, I can't wait to see what she achieves with combined abilities of her mom and minds.

A light centered into our dining area. Yash, my mom, Yashshauna and I looked upon it as it took the form of a old woman.

"Sarafena", shouted Yash.

"You must come now. The Chief needs you. We are in trouble we need your help", said the old lady as she vanished.

"Wait", shouted my wife. "Tell me what's wrong with my father."

But the figure was already gone. My wife faced grew serious.

"Stay here with Yash", she said. "I will be back."

"No mom you are not doing this alone", said Yash as she changed into a similar figure her mom took earlier .

My mother gasp in surprise.

"Yashshauna, Yash is right. We are a family, we are doing this together", I said flashing my fangs.
