Yashmin's POV
"But it's seems Leona's entire family knows where to find us", said my dad as he looks at me angrily.

"I wonder who is responsible", my mother grumbles sarcastically before looking at me.

"What are you doing here", I asked him annoyingly.

"I was just running from Sarafena, I didn't know you all lived here, trust me this is a lucky coincidence", he says as he catches his breath.

"Lucky coincidence. I think not", said my mother.

We waited quietly for Sarafena to enter and when she did Xena-Herra grabbed on to her hands.

"Wait mom, why are you after him", she asked but Sarafena merely pushed her out of the way in pursuit of him.

"Stop Sarafena", said my mother. "Your Chieftess demands it."

"He must paid for what he as done", said Sarafena.

"Did he kill dad?", asked my mother.

"Yes!!", said Sarafena.

We all turned our attention to him. My mother shifted to ghost form with the red in her eyes outshining the other colours.

"So you kill my dad and then wonder into my home. Your dead shall be slow", Said my mother.

"Wait I didn't do it", he said.

"Who did it then?", asked my mom angrily.

A loud thump was heard from behind us. We turn around to see Sarafena dead on the floor and Leona's mom holding a knife that was used to impale her.

"You!!", shouted Xena as she held Leona's mom by her neck.

"Wait!, let go, let her explain", I shouted.

The minute Xena took her hand off her neck,, she declared her innocence as I known she would. There was no way my friend's mother would kill Sarafena.

"I didn't, I just pick up the knife", she said.

"Then who did?", asked my mom.

"I saw a shadow like figure stabbed her and ran out, that's when I picked up the knife", Leona's mom said as tears ran down her face.  " I just came in here to get my brother."

Speaking of brother we turned around back in his direction and he was gone. We turn to face Leona's mom and she was seem running away from our house.

"Something strange is happening to my family", said my mother. As Xena held her mom's body tightly on the floor crying like an animal in agony. "I have just reveal myself to her, we have to stop her", said my mother.

"No problem", said my dad. I watched as he ran her down and take her back to the house. He then wiped her mind using his vampire technique.

When it was done she was sent away but something didn't felt right as I could of swore Leona's mom was wearing a satisfied smirk.

"Let go of her", we heard a voice say but we saw no one.

"Let go of her", said a being as it made it's presences known.

"Who are you?", I asked the well dressed lady.

"Who I am isn't important, i am just here for one thing and one thing only", said the woman as she pointed at Sarafena's body.

"No you can't have her, not yet!", said Xena as she stand up to fight.

My dad held on to her in a effort to calm her and then he spoke, "You Know it makes no sense you will never win, he assured her, just let Destiny have her way."

"Destiny?", asked my mom.

"Yes", responded the lady, "you were my most recent project but now it's her turn now,  Everything must fall into place."

"You are to be next", she whispered as she walked pass me to Sarafena's body.

"Your time is done here, you must join your chief, who you served long and true", said Destiny as she stretched out her hands.

Sarafena ghost form emanated from her body and held on to Destiny's hand.

"Good girl", said Destiny as  she lead Sarafena into a portal.

On the other side, we could see a very happy grand-dad waiting.

The day ended with the lost of our dear Sarafena. Our family was broken and it would definitely take sometime to make us whole I thought as I laid peace in my bed.

Unable to sleep I keep running the events through my mind, Destiny is an actual person I whispered.

"Yes I am", I heard her answer.

"What, what are you doing her?", I asked her.

"I wanted to speak to you alone, I have a message", she said.

"What is it", I asker her. "And where are you,  I don't see you."

"Time to grow up", she said. "You are as much a vampire as you are a ghost. Great things lie ahead for you but first you must fully accept who you are. Alot will be coming your way, you need to ready thy self", she said as her voice fade away.

I heard Destiny clearly but I couldn't seem to get my bestfriend mom's smirk out of my head. I must make sure she is fine. That dad didn't scrambled her brain.

Phone rings

Me: hello Leona it's me.

Leona: is everything OK, why are you calling so late.

Me: I just wanted to check it, how is everything? How is your mom?"

Leona: Everything is fine, she is in bed sleeping.

Me: and nth seems weird or anything.

Leona: why would it?, is there something I should know Yash.

Me: no my mom is acting strangely I was just checking if whatever she has, is an epidemic.

Leona: lol nope we fine over here.

Me:what about your uncle. Is he fine?

Leona: what uncle?"

Me:You know the one who was staying at your mother's, he was at my house today.

Leona:  Yash quit playing that's impossible. My mom doesn't have a brother, she is an only child."

Me:What, then............is it possible you just don't know him

Leona: as I said my mom doesn't have a brother.

Me: ok

I quickly hang up the phone. Then who is he, I could of sworn Leona's mom, told me it was her brother on more than one occasions I pondered to my self as memories of me meeting him flashes in my head twice.

Like my mom. I too now knew something strange was happening.

Did Leona just say her mother doesn't have a brother?

Rhen who is he and why did Leona's mom lie? What else is she lying about? Too bad her memory as been wiped. I doubt she will be able to tell her. Anyway see you next chapter as Yashmin's journey keeps unfolding
