This motherfucker. There's a lot to say. Where to start? The beginning I suppose. When I first created the solver, it didn't have an ai, but it quickly became clear that I would need one. There's just too much going on for one person to handle. Half the damn thing was written in some kind of Wingdings based programming language. That was a fucking joy to decipher, Tessa will tell you how well it went *quiet laughing*.

That woman is something... but I'm getting off track. From the estimates I've made, the mutation wasn't a result of anything I did. In fact, it was born in Cyn. That's one weight off my shoulders. They don't feel much lighter *dry laughing*. Anyway...

This thing adapts way faster than we can. Current hypothesis is that's due to it having to fight for its survival, compared to Reap3r, who did not.  It also seems to hate me, so that's one more person to add to that ever-expanding list. The things this thing does... they're despicable. It doesn't seem to do them for any reason other than because nothing is stopping it. It seems to have adopted a slogan of "I do what I must because I can". I swear I've heard that before somewhere, but where...?

A current theory of mine is that the mutated strain has a soft spot for Tessa. I believe that's due to its origins. From me. It's important to remember that it is mutated. It originates from Reap3r's ai, meaning it has, or had, his same basic traits. Something to keep in mind, I guess. Back at the mansion, when it mutated Tessa's parents, it gave her a chance. A chance to survive, a chance for revenge. It wasn't exactly going to save her, but it certainly could have just killed her. Whether it was its own personal feelings, or just the need to be dramatic, remains to be proven.

The original antiviruses I ran on Cyn did nothing except cause her mild discomfort. With some gentle persuasion, she let me poke around in her head to figure out what was going on. That's when I discovered the nature of her problem. I had requested that Tessa send me a video of her normal behavior, which tipped me off to the possibility of mutation. Fucking JCJenson, I'm gonna-

Boss, the recording?

Right, thank you. Cyn's behavior raised alarms due to a failsafe I'd placed in. If errors were detected with the Absolute_Solver program, then the drone would act strangely. Narrating their movements and such. A last-minute change I made before I was forced to hand it over. I... don't remember how it works. Reap3r are you sure-?

Yes boss, your memory has nothing affecting it directly. It's just been a long time, and a LOT has happened since then.

Suppose that's true, but all of that is a story for another time. Maybe I'll tell it sometime. I should make this quick, Tessa's about to be in here demanding I sleep.

The mutated strain became more powerful the longer it was allowed to fester within Cyn, and I unfortunately was not able to create a powerful enough antivirus to combat it. Now, with Cyn's invaluable help, we're figuring out new ways to fight it, but I'm afraid it might not be enough. I know I didn't truly get rid of it back at the mansion, only the main mind. It remains in many drones, and if it's allowed to gain more power-

Jack! Come on! You promised that you would actually sleep!

Yeah Yeah, I'm coming! Well, that's it then. The contents of this file are subject to change as new discoveries are made. Reap3r, can you lock this up for me?

Sure thing boss, get some rest.

Thanks, Reap3r. Always glad to have you around. Yes, I see you standing impatiently Tess! I'm done now!
