It was a few day later since Bellarose was told to take care of herself and the Quidditch match between Hufflepuff and Slytherin had finally arrived. The stadium was packed with excited spectators, all eager to see the two teams face off. Bellarose Lestrange, the Hufflepuff Beater, felt a particularly heavy pressure on her shoulders after the unfortunate incident in the previous match.

As she prepared in the locker room with her team, Bellarose knew that many eyes were on her. She was determined to show that she could play Quidditch.

While the Hufflepuff players discussed their strategy, Pansy Parkinson the new recruit from Slytherin as chaser, couldn't resist making a sarcastic remark.

Pansy: "Well, well, well,Lestrange, the great star of Hufflepuff. I hope you won't be hitting my teammates. But hey that wouldn't be the first time, would it?"

Bellarose's teammates tensed up at Pansy's comment, but Bellarose herself remained calm. She knew that Pansy's comments were meant to unsettle her, but she was determined not to be distracted.

Bellarose: "Pansy, I'm here to play Quidditch, not to discuss the previous incident. We'll see what happens on the field."

Bellarose's words were met with grunts and cheers from her teammates. They were ready to fight for victory, no matter the disdainful comments from Slytherin. The Quidditch match between Hufflepuff and Slytherin promised to be tense, with rivalry and stakes weighing heavily on Bellarose's shoulders.

The  match between was closer than expected, with a determined Slytherin team trying to gain the upper hand. Slytherin's Keeper proved particularly challenging to beat, blocking the shots from Hufflepuff's Chasers with impressive skill.

Pansy Parkinson, Slytherin's new recruit, was quick and agile as a Chaser, intercepting the Quaffle and scoring points for her team. The gap between the two teams began to widen, and Hufflepuff quickly found themselves on the defensive.

Bellarose, alongside Anthony Ricket, did their best to protect their team from Slytherin's relentless attacks. They hit the Bludgers with force, deflecting the dangerous projectiles that threatened their teammates.

Despite their efforts, Slytherin continued to score points, and hope began to dwindle for Hufflepuff. Bellarose knew they had to find a way to regain control of the match if they wanted to have a chance at winning.

The Golden Snitch glinted in the air, a small elusive golden ball that made the hearts of all the stadium's spectators race. Cedric Diggory, the talented Hufflepuff Seeker, had spotted the Golden Snitch first and had launched into the chase to capture it. Bellarose immediately understood the situation and signaled to Anthony Ricket to cover for her.

While keeping an eye on the Golden Snitch, Bellarose stayed by Cedric's side, ready to defend their Seeker from Slytherin's Bludgers.

Bellarose struck the Bludgers with precision, sending them flying in different directions to keep them away from Cedric. Her concentration was total, her mind calculating every move, anticipating every attack.

Meanwhile, the pursuit of the Golden Snitch continued. Slytherin's Seeker was fast and skillful, but Cedric was determined to secure the victory for Hufflepuff. The two Seekers circled around the stadium, trying to catch the Golden Snitch that continued to taunt them.

Bellarose, while defending Cedric, couldn't help but cast anxious glances towards the Snitch chase. The tension in the stadium was palpable, with every student holding their breath as they watched the frantic pursuit.

Finally, after a series of daring maneuvers, Cedric Diggory managed to catch the Golden Snitch.

The stadium erupted in joy as Cedric Diggory caught the Golden Snitch, signaling the imminent victory for Hufflepuff. The supporters of the team roared with excitement, waving their yellow and black flags and chanting his name in gratitude.

However, in the midst of this celebration, a high-pitched voice cried out, "Watch out!" Bellarose immediately turned her head in the direction of the voice, realizing that there was imminent danger. She spotted a Bludger hurtling straight towards the Slytherin Seeker, who appeared visibly exhausted after the pursuit of the Golden Snitch.

Without hesitation, Bellarose made a quick and daring decision. She lunged towards the Bludger, positioning herself between the metal projectile and the Slytherin Seeker. Her heart was pounding as she prepared to strike the Bludger.

The explosion of joy in the stadium turned into a kind of respectful silence as all eyes were fixed on Bellarose. She stood there, breathless, a mix of excitement and anxiety in the eyes of her Hufflepuff comrades. The tension was palpable as the Bludger bounced across the field, moving away from the Slytherin Seeker.

Finally, the stadium erupted in applause, a thunderous ovation for Bellarose's heroic act. Hufflepuff supporters rose from their seats, waving their yellow and black flags, chanting her name in gratitude. Even some Slytherin supporters couldn't help but applaud Bellarose's courageous gesture.

Even some of Slytherin's supporters couldn't help but applaud Bellarose's courageous act, she could have not done anything especially with how Slytherin student where treating her. Slytherin's Seeker, shaken by the incident, nodded appreciatively to Bellarose.

After the match, in the locker rooms, everyone congratulated Cedric Diggory for catching the Golden Snitch, which secured an equal score. The tension that had hung over the match had been palpable, and Cedric's outstanding performance had been crucial for the Hufflepuff team.

Once they were out of the locker rooms, Bellarose was suddenly enveloped in a warm hug by Nymphadora Tonks. Tonks arms were full of affection and pride.

Nymphadora: "Bell, you were amazing! After everything they've done to you, you had no reason to do it, and yet you did it. I'm so proud of you."

Tears of emotion welled up in Bellarose's eyes as she was touched by Tonks's words. She smiled, grateful to have such a loyal friend.

Bellarose: "Thank you, Tonks."

The moment was interrupted by Professor McGonagall and Professor Snape.

Professor McGonagall: "Miss Lestrange, today you displayed extraordinary kindness and determination on the field. In recognition of your heroic act and after discussing with Professor Snape here, we have decided to award Hufflepuff ten additional points. You have proven that kindness and strength of spirit can triumph over all adversities. Congratulations, Miss Lestrange."

Professor McGonagall's voice was filled with pride and admiration. She took out her wand, and the numbers began to change, adding points to the Hufflepuff house.

Professor Snape: "Don't make me regret this, Lestrange."

Apart from in class, Bellarose rarely had interactions with Professor Snape, but she knew he showed favoritism towards Slytherin, so receiving points from him was a fact she was proud of.

It was a moment of great significance for her, but also a moment of great surprise, as she was not used to receiving compliments or recognition.

Bellarose was overwhelmed with emotion. At one point she  esxuce herself and separated from the group, feeling overwhelmed by all the new sensations. She headed towards Hogwarts' garden, a place where she could find peace and solitude.

She sat under a tree, closing her eyes and trying to calm her racing heart et regain a steady breath. It was a rare moment when she could reflect on everything that had happened and what it meant to her.

After some time, Bellarose was surprised to see Pansy Parkinson approaching her furiously. The two young girls looked at each other in silence for a moment.

Finally, Pansy broke the silence in a sharp and assured tone. "You know, Lestrange, the next time we face each other on the field, it will be to decide who the true winner between us is. I'll prove that I'm right and that your choices are wrong."

Pansy left immediately after delivering her message. Bellarose was surprised without really understanding what that was about, and then she realized that her anxiety attack had disappeared. Strangely, the fact that, amidst all these new emotions, Pansy still wanted to prove her wrong was reassuring. Once Pansy was completely gone, Bellarose couldn't help but laugh at the situation.
