My breath stopped right at his words.

This was the first time since our last little incident that my eyes shot up on him in horror.

His face stood unreadable like one of his mechanical books in the secret library back in Hawaii hideout.

A question hung in the air like a snap.

What did he mean?

A click of the door made me jump. I glanced at the driver, opening the door to head out.

The air grew heavy between us as the door shut close.

I glanced at him, my heart thumping.

"What tour? What's going on?"

He rubbed his chin, avoiding his gaze as he got out of the car, stepping the gas.

My body grew paralysed as i stared at the door handle, contemplating if I should make a run for it.

I don't know what happened or what came over me, but i remained seated.

My feet tapped, questioning my every move.

Why wasn't i running away? Why wasn't i arresting Donnor yet?

What did i want to see?

I glanced at him tapping his fingers on the steering wheel, looking off the road.

"Donnor..." I blurted, my voice tumbling weak,

"Where are we going? Can't you just tell me?"

"No."

"Then I might have to arrest you."

"Try that out."

My breath fumed. There was no way he was being serious right now. My voice raised above his emotionless stature.

"I can call forces right now and get you arrested. Stop acting like you will get away because you won't."

A pause sank between us before he cleared his throat in a curt command.

"We are here."

"What!? Where...?"

I looked out of the window, my eyes adjusting to a grand restaurant decorated with neon lights and flower beds leading to an aesthetic, old style wooden door entrance.

The name of the restaurant stood near and clear, engraved on a polished marble board as "Lamplight."

I blinked and kept blinking, in awe of the beauty the outsides of this restaurant possessed.

I was so absorbed in admiring the colourful flower beds and greenery, i jumped when a minor inconvenience occured.

The click of my door, opening.

Donnor stood on the other end, holding the door off for me as i remained blacked out about all that's been happening.

Not waiting any longer, he held my hand, getting me out of the car. I stood staring at the restaurant like a dumb madman.

He closed the door, standing beside me with folded arms.

"Done obsessing over what's infront of you, offi--"

"Stop calling me officer again and again. And i am not obsessed or anything, okay? See for yourself!"

I walked closer to the wonderland, pointing at the earthly board,

"It is so beautiful. Anyone would look at it. What is this resturant anywa--"

"Lamplight as the name suggests. One of the best restaurants here in Ireland."
