Helluva love

Chapter thirty five

After Blitz and Stolas are done riding horses they go back to Blitz's apartment. Stolas, Blitz, and loona now back in the apartment take a seat. Blitz looking at loona asks, "Lonnie what time is it?"

"It's... 12:30. Why?" loona replies.

Blitz takes out his phone and sees 3 missed calls from Moxxie and 2 texts. The text read.

"Blitz, are you coming in to work for the day?" (2 hours ago)

"We have some clients waiting here. Me and Mille are here already so when you can just drop off the book or come in it would be appreciated." (1 hour ago)

Blitz looks to Stolas and asks, "Hey can you open up a portal to IMP?"

"No, no Blitz you can, I want to see you do it." Stols replies.

"Okay fine then give me the book." Blitz demands.

"No." Stolas says as he stands tall looking at Blitz.

"Stolas, now's not the time to play hard to get, give me the book." Blitz demands again.

"Use the crystal I gave you." Stolas reasons.

"Oh... I forgot about that." Blitz replies as he pulls the crystal out of his pocket. Blitz opens a portal and comes back within moments.

"Anyways, what's the plan for today?" Blitz asks, looking directly at Stolas.

"Well you have a business to run so I think-." Stolas says getting cut off by Blitz's quick response.

"Moxxie got it." Blitz claims.

"Well then... We could do whatever you want." Stolas reasons with a smile as he takes a seat on the couch.

A knock on the door interrupts their conversation as Blitz goes to the door and opens it he sees Octavia. Stolas, also seeing her, asks in a worried tone "Via? What are you doing here? Are you okay?"

"Hey dad, yes I'm fine. It's just that mom is going a little bit crazy."

"Nothing new." Blitz says as he rolls his eyes.

Stolas looking at his daughter asks, "What exactly is she doing? She didn't hit you right?"

"No she didn't but she is throwing stuff and yelling a lot. I think she's mad or something. I just can't spend another minute there." Octavia replies.

"That's okay you don't have to, you can stay here for as long as you need." Stolas claims while looking at Blitz with a smile. Blitz nods his head in agreement. Octavia with a smile on her face says, "Thank you I truly  appreciate it."

Loona, speaking up  in a half joking half serious tone says, "Looks like we're going to need a bigger apartment."

Blitz rolls his eyes at the comment and claims, "I'm working on it okay? So can't we just chill with that."

Stolas looks at Octavia and says, "I'll go over there right now and figure out what's going on. Okay?"

Blitz jumps up and replies, "I'll  go as well. Lonnie, make sure that Octavia settles in nicely. I'll call you if I need ya okay? Have fun!"

As Stolas opens a portal to the palace gates Blitz follows behind. Stolas talks to the guards for a moment before they open the gates to let him and Blitz in. Stolas walks past as Blitz goes the same. (add detail)

As they get to the entrance Stolas enters, Blitz tries to follow behind but is stopped by Stolas. Blitz taken aback by the haul says, "What are you doing?"

"I'm going in alone. If she is mad then she is probably mad at you so I would assume the last thing she needs is to see me and you next to each other. Stay out here, I'll be back soon okay?" Stolas reasons with a soft smile. Blitz rolls his eyes and replies "whatever just make it fast i don't have all day to stand out here."
