Hindi kami nag pansinan and i had assumed he wouldn't want to go with me, so iniwan ko siya and head straight to the massage lounge, but I was shocked to see that he's ready. I let him follow me in silence and get through with the massage.

Hindi rin kami nag usap matapos ang aming massage. Tahimik lang kaming dalawa sa aming kwarto hanggang sa makatulog.

When breakfast time rolled around in the morning, everyone was chatting and a bit excited, but the two of us were clearly having silent arguments and chilly shoulders.

Andrea took that as an opportunity to be particularly obnoxious, but I don't mind. Who fucking cares?! If she wants it hard enough, she can have him.

"The party will happen tonight and please guys cooperate with the games that i prepared for everyone!" Nathan happily announced.

"Losers should have punishments!" Malik suggested.

"Ohhh! Badly wanna see Nicco getting punished!" biro ni Lakshmi at panay turo pa kay Yoni. "I bet his fragile ego wouldn't survive,"

"Quit that, guys!" saway naman ni Adita nang mapansin ang hinhin na reaction ni Yoni.

"Geez! Yoni is cool! She'll be fine with that!" Dinara cheered for Yoni and Nicco.

"What the hell?" reklamo ni Nicco nang pinatulungan siya ng mga kaibigan.

"I'll prepare the list of punishments," Lia giggled and jokingly warned Nicco. "Dares will be fun!"

"I'm so excited!" Andrea exclaimed happily.

"Since everyone here seems to be so scared of commitments and marriage, the loser's punishment will be...hmm...how should i word this right? You should get married first. A serious marriage and ceremony!" Malik suggested while laughing.

Umirap si Dinara at lumingon sa akin para sumenyas. I shook my head and just let her be. May makita lang akong pwedeng landiin mamaya ay mas mabuti. Ayaw ko naman na magmukmok lang habang si Andrea ay panay landi sa katabi ko.

Kaya ko naman na maghanap ng ibang kalandian kung ayaw ni Deuce. Arte niya! Madami namang lalake rito sa mundo. At wala naman akong dapat na panagutan sa kaniya lalo na at wala naman kaming relasyon.

Madalas ay humihiwalay ako kay Deuce kaya mga babae kasama ko buong umaga.

"Our lunch will be served outside on the beach." Naglakad na kami ni Dinara. Lunch pa naman kaya chill lang muna at may kaonting inuman na rin.

"I've heard it's a yacht party,"

"I am not really sure," i shrugged, hindi ako masyadong involve sa paghahanda ng party na to.

"Are you guys okay?"

Napasinghap ako ng malalim at hindi na sumagot pa.

Tipid na ngumiti si Dinara. "In relationships, you have the option to protect what is really yours or to let destiny take its course. Fighting for your man can be worthwhile at times, but fighting for someone who is eager to be stolen is usually foolish."

I laughed. "Do i really look that morbid to you? For you to suddenly be a philosopher who has been so successful in triumphing life,"

"Bitch!" She snaked her hands around my arm as we continued to walk. "It's just that you make me worry about you so much,"

"I don't like the feeling of losing someone just because another girl fought for him more than me. I hate being a loser," 

"It's better to lose in a war you've fought so hard for than let them win without even trying to defend yourself." patuloy niya.
