Diamond's POV: I was now 5 months pregnant. Today we were going to find out what we were having. I was so excited. So was Roman. We were waiting for the Dr to come in. He finally came in.
Dr : Ms. Jones, Mr Peters how are you?
We both said: fine.
Dr: that's good let's have a look see shall we!
He placed the monitor on my stomach, it was a little cold. He moved it around. I heard my baby's heartbeat. I let out a few tears. It was so beautiful. My tiny little human. Roman smiled hard.
Dr: nice strong heartbeat, that's a good sign. Let's see if we can find out the sex.
He moved it around a little more. Then we saw it.
Dr: ahh, here we are. Congratulations, it's a boy!!
I screamed. Roman laughed.
Me: omg a boy!! I was so excited.
Roman: yes little Mr. Peters
We laughed. He gave us pictures. I couldn't wait to show Jasmine. On the way home I couldn't stop staring at the picture, he looked so comfortable. I think I want to name him Romeo.
Roman: so Diamond what are we going to name him?
Me: I like Romeo, what do you think?
He smiled
Roman: Romeo's perfect!!
Later that night, we invited jasmine out to dinner to tell her the news.
Jasmine: girl you've been M.I.A.!!
We all laughed.
Me: I'm sorry pregnancy makes me tired but we have some news to tell you.
Jasmine: omg what??
Me: we're having a boy!!
Jasmine : omg a boy!! She screamed people were looking at us. Roman laughed.
Me: shh people are starting to stare.
We all laughed .
Jasmine : I'm so happy for you guys. I'm going to have a nephew.
We continued to eat and talk I had to go to the restroom. Roman & jasmine waited for me.
Roman: jasmine, I need your help with something
Jasmine: okay what?
He showed Jasmine a big beautiful diamond ring.
Jasmine : oh my God!!
Roman: I wanna marry Diamond. And I'm also making her part owner of the company. I've cleaned it up , it's all legit now. I'm planning to throw her a party at my house Saturday. You know like a baby shower or something.
Jasmine: well you usually have those towards the end but cool. I'll help.
Roman : okay thanks.
I came back from the restroom.
Me: Jasmine thanks for coming.
Jasmine: girl anytime. I'm so happy for you guys. And my little nephew. She rubbed my stomach. We hugged & said goodbye. We made it home. I was standing in the mirror looking at my stomach. My baby boy, little Romeo. Just then I heard the piano playing. I went downstairs, I saw Roman playing the piano. I sat beside him. It was so beautiful, he smiled at me. Then he stopped.
Me: I didn't know you played baby?
Roman: yes, guitar too.
Me: jack of all trades huh
