Aldebaran filled Aurelia's time with amusements & curiosities. Dancing, reading, sampling foods, and learning spell after spell.

Under the ancient being's instruction, she learned quickly. For days, she nearly forgot about leaving amidst the thrill of mastering magiks of all kinds.

Then Aldebaran suggested, "Let's try a true form spell!"

"I'm not sure what that means, but okay." She followed them to a spell circle, watching as they filled in the black spaces with the runes needed for this magik. Her eyes were locked on theirs in wonder as they began chanting the spell.

The vampire's eyes turned red, expectedly. Caring so much for aesthetics, the mystic disliked that the natural colour of their eyes clashed with their twilight blue skin, using magic to keep them an entrancing light blue instead.

But around Aurelia, streams of gold filament burst from behind her, weaving together in a glittering tapestry arching gracefully from her back.

Aldebaran's eyes widened in dismay. "Ah!? You're a Sun Fae?!"

She looked down at the huge golden wings fluttering around her in shock. "...I'm a WHAT?!!"
