Q'inde took Aurelia out on a date to the town after Alexan and their friends left, a small festival being held there over a weekend.
As they ate at a bench together, the orc noticed she was distracted. "What troubles you milady?"
She shook her head and put on a smile. "Nothing. There's a lot to do & learn. I just hope Lex will be safe during training."
"Ah, there it is. Tell me your worries."
She sighed. "I think... after being back from the shadow palace, I realize that being apart really is so scary. I want to protect them, but I can't without learning how first."
He smiled, putting a hand on her shoulder. "So you shall. Trust in me, and trust in yourself."
