After court one day, King Kaidan made an announcement. "It is time for the Blue Moon Ball. In two weeks, the diplomatic ball will commence. Preparations are already underway. Send out your invitations to other kingdoms now." His bright blue eyes finally found his favourite human's in the crowd. "And select your finery."
Liryn grabbed the arm of Veronica and Daro close to her, taking them over to the humans. "Come! We must prepare your garments and jewels at once!"
They once again visited the high nobles' dressing room and started looking through gowns and suits. After a while, Daro left, then Liryn. Q'inde came in to see them after.
"So many fine fabrics," they mused, trying on various pieces. "It reminds me of what my mother used to wear."
