"I've already given all my love to Jennie." Sehun closed his eyes in pain. "In this lifetime, I won't love anyone aside from Jennie."

"But you married me!" She wanted to scream, but her voice sounded broken and weak.

"I already told you; it's because I took your first time. I married you to take responsibility for you."

Her heart was bleeding. She murmured softly. "I don't want you to take responsibility. I want your love."

"I previously took Jennie's first time when I was drunk." Sehun's heart was in pain. "I had wanted to take responsibility for her, but she married Lisa and doesn't need me. Nonetheless, I let her down with my actions. I can't let you down too. I can give you a marriage and promise you that you'll be my only woman. The only thing I cannot promise is love."

She had pursued him for nearly two years. She asked him with a sigh. "There isn't the slightest possibility that you'll fall for me?"

"Jennie asked me to take good care of you. She hopes that you'll be her sister-in-law." Sehun was indifferent. "By marrying you, I can stop Jennie from worrying. I can also take the responsibility I owe you. That is why you became my wife."

"Enough!" Tzuyu raised her voice.

Sehun glanced at her angered expression in surprise. He had never known that she could get angry?

For the past two years, she tried to win his liking with every possible method and had never lost her temper at him.

Tzuyu felt like she was a beggar. She had been begging for scraps for him for so long.

She always waited for the day he would turn to look at her.

However, the truth was actually this painful.

Tzuyu stood up. She reached for the tissues on the table and wiped her tears away before heading for the door.

Sehun reached out to hold her elbow.

Just when she thought he would ask her to stay, he said, "The things that happened between Jennie and I... don't tell anyone about it."

Tzuyu's heart turned frigid cold. She said mockingly, "I can't promise that I won't tell anyone."

A hint of anger flashed past his face. "Tzuyu, must you insist on ruining Jennie's happiness? She is already married. She won't affect you in any way!"

She smiled as she slowly pushed his hand away from her arm. "Since she snatched away your heart, I'll play the role of a bad woman."

Since he valued Jennie this much, she would anger him in this way.

This was because he only became angry with her for Jennie. If it wasn't for Jennie, he wouldn't even give her a single glance, wasn't it?

"You!" A hint of viciousness flashed past Sehun's dark gaze.

"What is it? Are you thinking of hitting me now?" Tzuyu lifted her chin.

Sehun took in her beautiful appearance. His voice was both indifferent and tired. "I don't hit women."

"Then, let go!" Her voice was as cold as ice.

Sehun wasn't sure why, but a small part of him could not bear to do so. "Only if you promise not to hurt Jennie."

"Fine." Tzuyu directly agreed. At the same time, she felt her heart being enveloped in misery.

Jennie was her only and closest friend.
