Nefeli's Pov

Madaling araw palang nag maalimpungatan ako. I feel the chilly feelings creeping on my skin. My eyes find my guardian spirit Cyan, still sleeping peacefully beside me.

Paanong hindi niya nararamdaman ang malakas na presensya na iyon? Nakakakilabot. Pansin ko ang pagtaasan ng mga balahibo ko sa braso.

Ramdam ko ring tila may nakatingin sakin. Nagawi ang mga mata ko sa bintana. Nakabukas ito at isinasayaw ng hangin ang kurtina.

Bumangon ako upang isara ang pinto ng bintana pero napatalon ako sa gulat at napaatras nang makakita ng bulto ng tao sa punong ilang metro lang ang layo sa kwarto ko.

Nakasandal ito sa katawan ng puno at sentro ang mga matang nakatingin sa puwesto ko. Tila ba hindi ito nababahala na nahuli ko siyang pinapanood ako.

Its pair of eyes shining from the darkness gives me the feeling that he's a dangerous person. I gulped multiple times before I got to make myself move and briskly closed the window. Even the curtains, I closed it.

"Yeah and pig could fly," Cyan snorted, "What happened really master?"

I blow a sigh.

Tumalon si Cyan sa mga hita ko. Agad ko itong niyakap at sinuklay-suklay ang kanyang balahibo. And it somewhat made me feel calm.

"Someone's outside Cyan, watching me like a creep. Though that one is more dangerous."

"Oh," he reacted, "you're right I can feel it too. The powerful energy coming outside the window. Could that be the person you're talking about?"

"It must be it. He's still outside?" Muli akong napalunok.

Anong kailangan nito sakin? Why would he watch me like that?

Umiling si Cyan.

"It's gone." Nakakunot ang kanyang nuo, "It's like, it's been there for a second and then gone."

"Is there a way to know who is that?"

Tumalon paalis si Cyan. Pumunta siya sa may bintana. Hinawi ang kurtina at muling binuksan ang bintana. Dumungaw siya ro'n.

"I can't smell his scent nor feel his presence anymore. Para bang wala naman talaga siya dito kanina." Bumaling siya sakin, "whoever you seen there isn't an ordinary human, master. You must always be wary of your surroundings and the people you're dealing with. Especially that you didn't know what he wants from you."

I nod.

"Nagugutom ka na ba master?"

Tinaasan ko ng kilay si Cyan.

"Hmm."

"Then cook breakfast now. I'm hungry too." His eyes keeps blinking. Pambihira pati lobo marunong din palang magpacute.

Umismid ako at nirolyo ang mga mata.

"Palagi kang gutom. Ikaw na ang umubos ng stock ko."

I glared at him but he just turned his back at me. Totally ignoring me.

Gosh may the God's and Goddesses give me more patience to bear this gluttonous guardian beast.
