I was told that I'm born with full of talents and gifted by the god of elemental the power to manipulate ice. And they said, this said power was given to use for protecting the people of Engklateya and to help on balancing the world, the bad and the good.
But I am wondering— why do we need to defend the good from bad. They're the gods and goddesses, can't they just eradicate the thing that could harm the humans? I don't really believe that this world is on its balance. Evils are lurking all over the world. Engklateya is a country that is controlled by a ruler who's a fiend. A monster in a sheep's clothing. An emperor with so much skeletons on his closet. An empress-- oh wait that old hag, the second prince's mother is not originally the empress, she just claim it herself. So technically she's just a concubine, the favored one. A woman who's ambitious and mischievous. And an undecided crown prince.
Idagdag pa riyan ang mga mapang mata at gahaman sa kapangyarihang mga myembro ng council. Ang mga taong binigyan ng kanya-kanyang gampanan ng emperador. Binubuo ito ng mga duke, viscount, marquess, at baron.

Nang makaalis si Isval ay napunta ang mga mata ko sa sulat na may selyo ng taong mula sa imperial family. Umangat ang sulok ng labi ko at pinalandas sa mga labi ko ang pangalan ng taong nagpadala ng misyon.
